The cabin was BEAUTIFUL. Everything was new - it was like a blend of woodsy and modern. The cabin was clean and welcoming when we first stepped inside. Can’t forget the views from both balconies - absolutely breathtaking! There wasn’t a day that we weren’t in the hot tub or enjoying the view. Our neighbors left food in the back of their truck and we got to see a mama bear and her cubs from our front door! It was a fantastic experience and if we return to Gatlinburg, we will book here again. Zack was very friendly and detailed in his communication and easy to contact if needed. ☺️

We rented this cabin to celebrate my grandmothers 88th birthday. She really wanted to return to the Smokies, a place where she has many happy memories, and enjoy the incredible views. We also traveled with myself, my sister, mom, and husband. This cabin did not disappoint. It was very close to Gatlinburg, making it very easy to go into town for shopping, and food. It was also close to the national park so we were able to go shopping. The cabin was new, clean, and had all of the amenities we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed to make breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone to go visit with their family!

This cabin is awesome! It is so beautiful! Our kids are all under age 9 and it was great for all of them. The game room and bunk room was perfect for the kids as well. The spacious cabin had everything we needed, and the views made everything even better! Will be back!

We just checked out after staying for 5 nights and I still cannot get over the amazing view of the mountains. The view from the second story is truly beautiful. The cabin itself is very nice! It was a wonderful fit for my little family and my parents. We will definitely be booking again next time we visit Gatlinburg!

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The layout is great and allowed each person some privacy. The game room is excellent with plenty to do when the weather is not cooperating. I look forward to visiting again.

This place was beautiful. The host was organized with all of the info. The beds were super comfy the showers were hot (very important to me). The house was decorated for the holidays and they did a stunning job. The hot tub was perfect and the views from the hot tub even better. Definitely coming back

I was expecting the location to be nice and great for our family. The property exceeded our expectations!! It was so beautiful, spacious, super clean and perfect for our family of 7. The fact that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas was a bonus. Can’t wait to plan a trip back!!!!

The cabin is a short drive from the shops in Gatlinburg and the view from the balconies is amazing. There was ample room for our family of six. The cabin is modern and well laid out.

Everything was neat and clean upon arriving. There was one cracked glass in the cabinet but no one got hurt. There is a ping pong table pictured but no table in the cabin. We really enjoyed the pool table though and took full advantage of the hot tub. The drive to the city isn’t bad and the driveway was not steep at all so it should be easy for any vehicle.

The view was fantastic. The cabin met our needs and more! We had some hiccups during the check in process as the door code was not working for us but it was eventually resolved. We even got to see a bear wandering around the neighborhood!

This property completely earns its 5 stars. From communication to location to amenities and cleanliness, the details are thought of in this house and it makes you feel like you’re at home with an absolutely stunning view to wake up and relax to. Hearing coyotes at night and seeing the neighborhood bear really made it magical. I am very glad we didnt stay in town. We didn’t seek luxury when planning our trip but now that we have stayed here we might be spoiled for all future trips. Thank you to great hosts - we look forward to coming back!

This property is second to none! Absolute perfection! The communication from the property manager/owner was fantastic, too! We loved every moment of our stay. The breathtaking views with the upgraded furniture on the balconies were my personal favorites, as were the three bear sightings during our three day stay. So glad I took videos to remind me of our relaxing getaway. I also appreciated the labeling of the switches and kitchen utensils. thank you for your attention to detail….the little things really made a difference!

Our stay at Million Dollar View was perfect. The view is as good as it sounds and we had bears visit the first night! The location is great for Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and all of the great hiking in the mountains. We had 3 older teens with us and they loved having the upstairs game room at night after we returned to the house. We will definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay in Gatlinburg! The cabin is just a short, picturesque drive into the National Park and/or town. Everything is at your doorstep while still being able to enjoy a location with a view on a road that was never busy.
We loved having a full kitchen and laundry room at our disposal, plus the game room was a big hit. Adults and kids (ages 11-16) alike enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, and the arcade game that featured classic hits like Pac-Man.
We had a very minor problem during our stay and Zack was very responsive and sent someone out to help us right away.
I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area and would stay here again as well.

This cabin not only has an amazing view, but the cabin itself is super clean and decorated to fit the bear theme! Our group loved the game room, the decks, and hot tub. There was a lot of bear activity adjacent to the cabin! Close drive to many attractions!

It was very nice with a great view, hot tub was awesome and big! Even had beach towels for the hot tub, I didn’t realize that soap and shampoo weren’t provided, but Instacart delivery from Walgreens took care of that! We had a great time! The deck had some cobwebs on the chairs with spiders, other than that it was very clean!

We loved our stay here. This house has it all! And the location and view are so beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table and all the comfort this house offers, including a great kitchen, since we love to cook.

This cabin was perfect location (about 10 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip) and still had beautiful views from the balcony’s. It was clean, spacious, and beds were really comfortable. The hot tub, air hockey, and pool table was an additional perk! We will definitely stay here again :-)
