Loved everything about the condo! Location was excellent and the place was clean and well kept. Not much easier than waking two steps out your door and getting on the elevator that takes you down to pick up your equipment. And then another few steps to the Snowflake lift. I do recommend using 4 oclock instead of Snowflake trail to get back to the condo, less work😀!!! When you're done, place your equipment on the racks outside and just head on to Unit 303!!! (We had some rental equipment and some we own, they store it all). Easy, Easy, Easy!! We used the pool, hot tubs and fitness center, all were just as described! Would definitely rent again!

The BlueSky condo was just perfect! The location can’t be beat. You’re right outside the Snowflake lift that is right in the center of the slopes which makes it fun to ski to other peaks. Ski rentals are right downstairs where you can get all your equipment and store everything so there’s not any lugging around ski equipment. We enjoyed the spa on sight as well as the hot tubs. Having the shuttle service was so great. The driver, Nate, was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The condo itself was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and son in law. The beds were comfy. The dehumidifier that was provided was much appreciated. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was great. Always responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this BlueSky condo at Breckenridge.

I cannot think of a better VRBO experience. A great location, an excellent facility, excellent communication. The unit was lot more than we expected. We will look for this until the next time we ski Breck. Hats off to Dave.

We loved staying here! Everything you need is right there. It couldn't be easier, just get on the elevator, rent skis and head out to the slopes. The condo itself is bigger than it looks on the pictures. The heated floors were awesome and the beds were all comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo is exactly as advertised. Excellent location near chair lift and ski rental shop. Condo is clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Indoor parking for vehicle is an added bonus especially for those snowy cold days/nights. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Loved having the ability to use the shuttle service for quick trips to and from downtown. Both drivers were nice, accommodating, and eager to offer recommendations. Great place to call your home away from home for couples or a small family.

This is a great property and allowed us to make the most of a short stay to ski. The property is easy to access with a friendly front desk, an engaged owner (we swapped texts prior to the stay), and indoor parking. The front door is a short walk from the parking garage. The elevator door is directly across from the front door and leads straight to equipment rental and the lift ticket booth. The Snowflake lift is immediately outside and up the steps. You can be the first one on the mountain with this great location! The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and gets great light. The property offers on-site access to a heated outdoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, and a steam room. Main Street is a short 1/4 mile walk from the property with excellent restaurants and stores. We are glad we stayed here and would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at this Vrbo rental! The management's communication was top-notch, and being right at the snowflake lift made our ski experience incredibly convenient. Easy access to ski rentals and storage added to the overall convenience. The hot tubs were a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend for a fantastic ski getaway!

This unit is fantastic. Blue Sky is a terrific property and this units location is perfect. We were here for summer activities and this units location is so perfect for easy in and out from the parking garage and the elevator is right outside the front door. If you were here for skiing, the Sawmill Lift is right in front of you. The unit was super clean and had everything you would need for a great time. TV’s had all the cable channels and streaming capabilities. Your parking spot is perfect and on the same floor of the unit so unpacking and packing is a breeze. Parking is also secure and inside. Unit also has a great balcony for relaxing outside. Town is a super easy stroll down the hill and Sawmill reservoir is a quick walk up the trail. This unit is absolutely perfect for summer and winter stays. It’s a great value and we would absolutely come back.

Really enjoyed the stay.

Positive: Comfortable place to stay, close to town with good public transport. Right next to snowflake hiking trail. Negatives: The pool/ exercise room or arcade are very congested and have limited options There are No Airconditioning and summertime gets hot enough. So we had to open the windows which then makes the rooms very cold at 4 am waking everyone up. The window mechanism and the front door locks are old so the last two days were difficult with apartment door locking us out and the window that will not close due to jammed mechanics. However, the maintenance guys were helpful and got us back in within a couple of hours. Oh, the assigned parking spot is between two pullers and can take a small vehicle, we had large SUV due to kids so had to park outside near the lobby with a long walk back to our apartment.

This is a fabulous location and beautiful unit will stay again. Suggestion -no hot water from sinks in the master - more towels would be fabulous

This property exceeded our expectations. The walk to the lift was just a few yards. There was a boot room with heated storage. We left our skis on the racks outside the building and they were stored for us indoors every night. Main St. where there are restaurants and shopping was just 3 blocks away but there was also a free town shuttle every 15 minutes. There was planty of room for four adults. All in all, if we return to Breckenridge, we will stay here again.

High on comfort and convenience! We enjoyed our stay in this property which was updated and convenient in so many ways. The location to the slopes and town of Breckenridge cannot be beat and the transport shuttle provided by the accommodation is remarkable. We never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken to our desired destinations! The unit is directly off of the elevator and allows easy access to the parking garage, ski shop for rentals and the ski lockers. This is a true ski in and ski out location as the lifts are located just outside the building. That being said you can hear the lift operating in the morning so if you are bothered by the machinery than this might not be the unit for you but this is not the main lift to the resort so the crowd noise was light. The hosts communicated well with us and we were able to order groceries in advance so that we were stocked upon arrival. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful condo. Right next to lift.

This was a great stay. First, the communication with Dave was very timely and informative. The condo was as presented in the listing and was clean with a great lay out for a family. The unit also had plenty of coffee, tea and cocoa K-Cups which was appreciated. This might be the best located unit in the building. While we did not have a car with us, the unit is steps from the parking garage (on the same floor as the unit) and I noticed the owner's dedicated parking spot is steps from the entry to the building and thus steps from the unit as well - very convenient when unloading/loading luggage, skis, etc. when checking in/out. The unit's access to the ski shop, locker area and spa was ideal being only an elevator ride (just outside the unit) down two floors. Once there, the Snowflake lift is a few steps from there as well. If you want to walk into the center of town, it is literally 10 minutes from the unit. You are at the opposite end of the building from lobby, but we only needed to go there to catch the free shuttle on the occasions that we did not want to walk into town. The shuttle system that the building offers was great. Just call to order it up and when in town and ready to come home, you just call the front desk and they will tell you how long the wait will be for the pick-up (usually no more than 3-10 minutes). We will not hesitate to rent again if back in town.

Blue Sky has everything you need for the perfect ski vacation!

This is my second time at this extremely convenient condo. and it will not be my last. The location is so great beginning with parking the car and unloading baggage. The condo. is directly through the garage door. Step out the unit into the elevator, rent skis as soon as you step off or Charter Sports has them outside for you, put your boots on in a heated room, walk up some steps and get on the lift, and then ski directly back to the condo. Truly a ski in ski out property. It could not be any easier. It would be difficult to find a more convenient stress free place to stay. The staff at BlueSky are nice and helpful. The shuttle is another great convenience. The hot tubs are wonderful after skiing. The condo. is super nice and has great views. The ski lift is directly out the window. Dave, the property owner is very easy to work with and helpful. He is both attentive and gives excellent recommendations for bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. I will definitely continue to book this property.

This unit is fantastic! It's located right next to the Snowflake lift and just above Charter Sports for renting equipment. Highly recommend!

We loved this condo! The location was perfect. We took the Snowflake lift out every morning and skied right down four o'clock at the end of the day. The shuttle service to take you into town was so nice and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The master bed was so comfortable. Dave was a great host! Thanks!

Very comfortable place. Charter Ski rental and the snow flake lift just up a set of stairs was probably one of the easiest ski in/out I have ever used. The garage parking to the unit was exceptional as well as the use of the 4th floor blue sky hot tubs.

Great escape being close to home while feeling at home all at the same time. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and the kids to play. We enjoyed the complex and the amenities provided. We enjoyed the hot tubs with snow falling down as well as relaxing massages at the spa. If we were skiing we would have been steps to the lift. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to our next stay.

This is a lovely condo located in the heart of Breckenridge. While we were not there during ski season, it is located at the base of the lift with easy access. We loved that we were close to everything yet far enough away from the crowds. The hot tub was glorious and on the cool evenings the fireplace was cozy. The condo is perfect for a family or couples. The kitchen has everything you need if you are cooking and staying in. Beds were super comfy as well. Owners were available to answer the few questions we did have and were very helpful making recommendations. We will be back

We had the best stay at Blue Sky! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to cook when we chose to. Beds are great and the pull out couch worked for our needs as well. The pool and hot tub area are so nice and well maintained. The game room was fun for the kids. The shuttle to anywhere you need was always available and fast. Easy walk to downtown. We didn’t ski in July but the Snowflake lift was right outside. The staff here were the nicest we’ve encountered. Dave was fast to answer my questions and a great host. Definitely a place we’d return to!
