Very nice and big house, located just a few minutes from the central market. In house restaurant. everything is recently renovated. Big, private parking space. Nice common areas and wellness area. Kind staff.

My room was at the corner of the house and adjoined the main street/thoroughfare on one side and the clocktower of a church on the other side. That was the opposite of quiet. The room was dusty - I put my black notebook neopren sleeve on the ground, and when I picked it up, one side came up white with dust and fluff. During my stay the outside temperature was below zero, but the room was not heated, despite the fact that the rest of the hotel was cosy and warm. The thermostat in the room showed a wrong temperature. I brought this to attention at the reception, but nothing was done. Had a very chilly night. I am sure I just had bad luck, but that was my experience.

I am travelling with a family which consists on 5 people. It is not that easy to find a one room with a good price to stay for a one night. Hotel is very nice, located just few minutes from the boarder with Austria. In a room there is everything what you need. Restaurant serves very good meals and staff is very friendly. Parking is free of charge and attached to the building. I recommend this place not only for a one day stay but also for a vacation!

Very good location near main highway AUT-IT. Very good breakfast. Large parking belonging to the hotel. There is a restaurant inside the hotel open pretty late (it's very important when You're late due to to e.g. traffic jams).

The location was perfect. The room was small, but the bathroom was spacious and everything was clean. Really all we needed! Pet friendly, our dog was just an additional €10 charge. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we had dinner at the restaurant one night and our food was incredible.

The one downside was breakfast. The plus side was it was free, however, it really was not done well. Everyone was crammed into one very small room with very few offerings for food. There was one woman who was working non-stop to keep food baskets filled and clean dishes available, but (through no fault of her own) could not keep up, so the wait to simply get a glass or a clean fork was pretty extensive. There was very little to choose from (just some bread, meat and cheese) and one small coffee machine. Thus, people were all crowding around trying to get what they needed and it was extremely chaotic. The breakfast, in our opinion, was just not worth the headache. Everything else about the hotel was marvelous, but until this is fixed and the flow is changed we really recommend skipping breakfast in favor of a local bakery or coffee shop.
