The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable.

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questa stupenda struttura. È un posto meraviglioso dove rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. Le suite sono bellissime, spaziose, molto pulite ogni dettaglio è curato. Abbiamo provato la private spa Lavico e che dire...super! Le ragazze sono molto professionali e gentili. Tutto lo staff è attento alle esigenze del cliente. Anche il ristorante è eccezionale.

Tutti i servizi hanno soddisfatto le aspettative.

Non c’è nulla che possa essere definito come “non piacevole”. Questo non significa che non si debba cercare di rendere sempre più gradevole ed unico il soggiorno per gli ospiti.

Beautiful property, welcoming staff and fantastic service. The facilities were fantastic; lovely cool pool, lit paths, gym, restaurant etc.. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, highly recommend, it was absolutely delicious with big portions.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt total calm and peace and were well taken care of by the staff. First off, grounds are stunningly beautiful hills and mountains with vineyards that pictures don’t do justice. But add in the restaurant, amazing breakfast, quality spa experiences and you have a one in a lifetime stay! I stayed with a friend and they were able to accommodate us having separate beds and we both felt very taken care of. That said, this place is an incredible value if you’re used to US prices, which make it not once in a lifetime but come back often and bring more friends :)

I was satisfied

Fabulous! Beautiful resort, friendly staff, very helpful. We needed a late check out to accommodate my work requirements and this was provided at no charge. The restaurant is superb, we ate there 3 nights in a row. The sommelier was fabulous and the highlight of our stay.

I had a spa treatment that was not up to standard. I complained about this and received no response from management and was charged the full price.
