Fantastic location in the historic town. Beautiful house, renovated to a very high standard.

Checking in process was confusing & could be improved. One of the windows in our bedroom has no curtains Kitchen area available but not stocked with plates & cutlery

Great location, spacious accommodation, friendly staff

There was confusion with check in. There is nobody on the premises until 6pm which makes things a little inconvenient.

It was in an excellent location the room was spacious and the property was clean and quirky

The room had a full kitchen but after looking there was no pans dishes or anything so we had to ask for cups , it should not show this and a feature if nothing is provided, also no one was there even though we said we would be there between 6 and 7 pm. We had to telephone the manager/owner

Great location for exploring the city. Lovely, well restored building. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly owner.

Clean and lovely rooms

Breakfast was very poor bread and jam with a chocolate croissant to eat then orange and tea to drink, on the first morning we got some ham & cheese but on second none was available, plus our bedroom had a window with no blinds or curtains up so woke both mornings at 6 am due to it been light.

Only a sparse continental breakfast was served.

A beautiful house with fantastic furniture and fittings in the classic French style. Location was ideal for walking around Soissons, as its a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Bed was awesome.

We were touring France on a motorcycle and the hotel says they have private parking which is important for us. Unfortunately, the parking was on the public road outside the hotel - so not private and secure. While the house/hotel was exceptionally beautifully furnished, the huge kitchen in our room had no utensils at all, not that we were going to cook, but was quite strange to have all the appliances and no plates, cups, pans, knives etc. Also, a number of the electrical sockets were not secured to the wall which could be dangerous. Breakfast was in a lovely dinning room, but the breakfast itself was quite spartan. I had to ask for milk and hot water for tea,

The breakfast was basic but very nicely presented. The bed was very comfortable.

Needs a full length mirror in the room.The mirrors that are there are too high for some people, anyway, they only show a head, not a whole person. Nothing in the kitchen…….no mugs, cutlery, nothing. Not much us having a kitchen without anything in it. No toiletries…..no shampoo, body lotion, nothing. Only soap in a dispenser. Need to tell guests to bring toiletries. And tea and coffee and milk if they will want it in the room.
