Riom was tiny. Shower and toilet in cupboard. Too claustraphobic to sleep in .

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and ensuite very clean.

No communal room.

We were well catered for as a group of cyclists, and bikes stored safely

We slept well snd the beds are very comfortable.

The bed was uncomfortable and the furnishings were quite dated.

Location was good for us. Size of rooms good.

Everything is very tired. My bed creaked a lot and my sons bed collapsed. Advertised larger television than my son had in his room.

A really convenient location a short walk in to town and off a main road, so easy to find. Right next to a park and bus routes. Really lovely, polite staff. We had a room on the top floor, which was very hot in the unusually warm weather. Thankfully, the Lodge had provided us with two fans, so we were able to keep cool and sleep well. The rooms were extremely clean, and very well presented.

It was a shame that there was no breakfast included, as the Lodge even had a dining room where we could have eaten, but it wasn't much of a problem as we could easily walk into the centre to get food.
