Clean, convenient location. Good option for an economical 1 night stay if you are looking to save money.

Looks tired, but serviceable. Fair for price.

The view from our top floor apartment was of tree tops and mountains. Native bird sounds filled the air while the fragrance of the Australian bush after rain surrounded us. It was beautiful and all the more appreciated because the stormy weather made indoors a preference for some of our time in Lorne. After crossing the road, we enjoyed walking on the boardwalk by the river which we crossed via the hanging bridge to reach the beach. Reception was friendly and gave us a number to call for any help we might need.

I would have preferred more crockery and especially cutlery but because the only cooking facility is a microwave, I guess it shouldn't be an expectation. I couldn't find any access to heating but we have only just entered the cooler weather of autumn and I assume that it's provided in winter.

Bathroom needs updating. lots of mould in the shower, very scratched towel rails, stains on the carpets no electric blankets do was very cold.

It was clean

We paid 540 dollars for 2 night stay for accommodation that is a 1 star. The accommodation is not at a standard to be charging that price of money. It is an extremely basic motel. While it was clean and the location was a short drive from lorne overall it is overpriced for what it offers

There was absolutely nothing to like about this place

The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom covered in spider webs and mould on the shower. The kitchen has almost no cutlery or plates and what was available hadn’t been washed properly. The couch was covered in a white sheet to hide how disgusting it actually was and last but certainly not least if anyone even breathed a touch louder than normal in any of the rooms you could hear everything. The windows and door were so flimsy and thin. The blinds didn’t cover the windows so light from outside shined through the windows all night. It was nice to leave this place.

Location was good . Sofa bed was very uncomfortable . Not enough cutlery and plates .
