Na postelích byl trus od krys. Na zemi také. Špinavé ručníky, povlečení bylo od barevných skvrn, nebylo vyžehlené.

AMBIANCE

It's in the heart of Intramuros in walking distance of Fort. Ocean Park and other sites. It is in beautiful building nicely decorated.

We had to wait for the rooms for about 40 min (while they were being cleaned). Kind of too long.

Booked 2 weeks prior to event to make sure that we have a room reserved for us but the hotel sent a message 5 hrs prior to check in time to advise us that they are cancelling our reservation because they are fully booked, the reservations agent apologized and said that the front desk agent forgot to send us a message and just remembered it on our check in date, so they have no choice but to make sure that they give us a room since we are already on our way to the hotel. Room - were supposed to have twin beds but they gave us 1 queen bed! No towels were given, and when they gave us 1 towel it was even dirty. The bed was itchy, there were mosquitoes inside the room. No electric kettle for the coffee and no complimentary water. And lastly the room keys can open other doors, my friends tried to open our door with their room keys and the door opened!!!

(1) Staff were friendly and accommodating. (2) Location is perfect for what we need, close to my Son's School (3) Nothing fancy but decent place to stay, couldn't expect much more considering the rate

(1) No option for bigger Bed (2) Limitation in water (3) Appliance are too old, not a big deal since our stay is only literary only for sleep (4) Not much option in restaurant, not very ideal for someone like us who doesn't want to go out or preferred a room service. (5) Cleanliness is so so, the mugs for coffee where too greasy :( its a big no for someone who cant start a day without coffee. Starbucks delivery is options though (6) No lift, difficult for someone who have a leg and back problem, glad that we are just on 2nd floor

great place to stay in a wonderful location.
