We were group of 5 hikers walking from Caper Jervis, this place was just a hat we needed, clean comfy room, walking distances to shops and food

The room was very clean, the location is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, variety of cafes and restaurants around. Just some steps from the shopping centre and granite island. Everything was perfect. the beds quite comfortable. Great place to stay.
The curtain in the bathtub, They should upgrade to a glass door.

Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids beds were not made and had to do it ourselves. For $235 for 1 night you would expect all beds to be made. After a long day travelling you dont want to make beds in your motel room

Perfect location 😃 right in the centre of town. I never used my car during my 2 night stay with my grandson. So much to see and do in the area. Easy check in and out. Beds were comfortable. Heating/ cooling was quiet and worked well. Parking was directly out the front of the room. Well priced and clean.
Shower/toilet area was very small. Difficult if you are on the larger size. Pillows definitely needed an upgrade. Decor is dated but for the location the price is reasonable.

The furniture was old, the varnish was pealing.
The shower head wasn’t functioning -it did not stay upright. After informing the reception on the first morning, I was told that they would arrange for a handy person to fix it whilst we were out for the day. They didn’t fix it and didn’t let me know. I only found out when I got back to the inn and it was late. When I went to check out the following morning, they simply said “Oh yes, sorry” Meanwhile two night stay without being able to take a proper shower.

This basic hotel was comfortable enough right in the centre of the main street. The manager was friendly, it was quiet and the wifi was consistent, though weak.

The motel is central in town very handy to all hotels shops etc. I stayed here many years ago so enjoyed coming back, and it didn't disappoint. Lady in reception very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again in future.
