The room was lovely. The location is close to Wentworth Falls.

The front door was tricky sometimes to open.

Comfortable apartment with excellent amenities. The spa was an added bonus after two full days of hiking the mountains, as was the gas fireplace which warmed the rooms. Kitchen facilities and staples were acceptable.

Happily there were extra towels in the bathroom as we needed them to mop up all the water. The young woman on reception, who we eventually found (no clear instructions sent on access or location of reception), was very pleasant. The next morning she apologised for giving us the wrong apartment and assured me the manager would be contacting me. I am still waiting for that to happen. It was a comfortable apartment, and the grounds were beautiful.

We booked, and paid for, a one bedroom apartment and were given a a studio apartment. Not only was it not what we hoped for, it also had a wheelchair accessable bathroom which did not suit our needs. In fact, the open shower, which drenched the floor, was very dangerous and difficult for my elderly mother to negotiate safely. The front door access was not working so we came in through the wet courtyard where there was no door mat. There were no hangers in the wardrobe and the crockery and cutlery supplies were minimal. The information booklet needs some updating. Our overall sense of the property was that it is in decline as far as attention to detail was concerned.

Loved how spacious the apartment was. Liked having a washing machine there and all kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and well taken care of! Great location as it’s walking distance to Wentworth Falls.

You could hear the people above you. It was not a problem for is but guess it’s a bit less “private”.

The location was perfect. The grounds were well maintained and very peaceful. Accommodation was spacious with dual aspect balconies (loft).

The room was very shabby and in need of refurbishing. The “kitchen” area was dirty, stains in the sink that we cleaned and removed, so were obviously not attempted by cleaners! Left over rubbish (empty bottles) hidden in a top cupboard. Lack of basic cleaning items in kitchen sponge and tea towel); we ended up buying our own! The bathroom was a great size and the jacuzzi bath was a great addition. Unfortunately, it was stained and hairs were left in the bath ( again we had to clean, not the relaxing start I’d anticipated)! The bedding was clean thankfully or I would not have stayed! This place could be absolutely amazing if more attention to detail was given. We spoke to another couple staying a few doors away and they had even more hygiene issues than we did. That being said, if you go with open eyes and not expect the luxury as advertised it was a nice place to stay.

The receptionist was very accommodating to answers all our queries She was very helpful as well by telling us what place to visit and which restaurants around the areas serves a better food/cuisine

Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. I loved the spa and the fireplace
