The apartment is very close to the beach and also close to supermarkets and restaurants. It had all basic facilities required for a family.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not good. Firstly there was a strong smell when we entered the apartment. The sofa and cushions were unclean and also smelled bad. The dishes in the dishwasher were not cleaned from the previous customer. Surprisingly the front desk did not do anything about it nor the messages in booking.com helped. The property is old and wearing out and needs maintenance and upkeep. One of the poor apartments we have rented around this place. And surprisingly very poor customer service.

Kolobrzeg is cool town with beautiful sandy beach.

Very very bad WiFi. The router was with brocken Antenna and internet was ok only on a 1m distance from WiFi router. After calling the service they did not fix the issue. Absolutely unclear situation with additional charging from my bank account. They charge almost 14% more money from my account then it was stated in the booking. They explained it by additional cost for parking but when i have asked for the price and summup all days it was almost 2 times less then they have charged. I have informed them but after almost 3 weeks they did not send money back. I would not recomend to book this appartments. Or please be preperaed that they can charged your money without any visible reasons. Also they have reserved the money for the damage coverage and without any explanation did not return it back. Nevertheless the location and nature were wonderful!

double charging of city tax (including lengthy discussion about refund), dead bird on the balcony, broken curtain, old and used furniture and bed, limited value-for-money, staff was neutral to unfriendly, Polish TV only, missing AC, credit card payment was difficult due to old technology of crediting the payment, footpath on the terrace was not maintained for years (open screws with ability to hurt small children), no shops or Freetown activity possibility at the building (only private and rented apartments)
