Excellent staff - friendly and respectful. From the concierge to receptionists, housekeeping to taxi service, bartenders to waitress waiters and the man in charge of the shisha - one word….. exceptional!!!

الخدمات سيئة جدا بالمنتجع والتكييف لايعمل لان ادارة المنتجع يتعمدوا باغلاق للتكييف لكي يوفروا كهرباء ويربحوا اكثر اغلقوا للتكييف في فترة اقامتي ولم أتمكن حتى من النوم في الغرفة لشدة الحر وكلمتهم عشر مرات ولم يستجيبوا حتى أنهيت رحلتي وخرجت الى منتجع اخر افضل منه بكثير
وقد اخذوا مني مبالغ كبيرة لايستحقونها عن فترة اقامتي بل وحملوني 195 دولار اضافي بحجة وجود طفل لم يظهر بالحجز علما بان الحجز كامل وشامل لي ولعائلتي ولم يراعوا ايضا أول يوم عند قدومي االدخول 12 ظهرا وأنا وصلت عندهم 11 ليلا بمعنى اني وفرت عليهم اقامتي والوجبات فعلا منتجع سيء جدا و الموظفين سيئين والتاكسي أيضا الموجود عندهم طلب مني مبلغ دبل وبعد النقاش لفترة طويلة نزل المبلغ للنصف ولن اكرر التجربة معهم وساحكي قصتي للجميع لكي لايزوروهم
المنتجع والموظفين أولا والتعامل السيء من مدير المنتجع الذي رفض مقابلتي بل وحملوني والزمني بسداد مبالغ اضافي ولم يستجيب لطلباتي

The staff were amazing in particular Yasmin at reception and Kareem the cleaner. Amazing service throughout our stay. Very good location amazing facilities and very clean, the food was good too. All staff were fluent in English.
Not much, food could have been better and some of the entertainment was a little child centric.

Chef Farid. Ahmed van de Market, Mahmoud van de keuken, Ahmef en zijn personeel van het visrestaurant . Allemaal mensen die instaan voor een prachtige vakantie. Lekker eten, zeer nette en propere kamers. Niet opdringerig. Kortom we gaan terug!

Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner where it is buffe. The staff is Very friendly and helpfull, from the janitor/cleaner, bartenders, chefs to the reception manager. Very profesionall. Facilities were good and many pools to choose. Close to the beach too.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden und waren mit den vielen Angeboten fast etwas überfordert. Das Hotel bietet extrem viel und die Qualität ist top. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam.
Leider ist das interne italienische Restaurant eher ein Restaurant, welches italienische Küche nachahmt aber es gab keine italienischen Gewürze und Mozarella ist eher wie Feta.

The property is properly engineered. Amenities are closely located. You can go back and forth between the s pools and the beach in few minutes. Beverage and snacks are available anytime everywhere. Moreover, very nice staff will come to your place to serve you water and beverages as needed.
Although the resort was very busy, we didn’t feel any shortage of food or plates at any time. I have to add that this hotel serves high quality food and they provide plenty of varieties for different tastes.
Minor observations I can tell that may need some improvement.
1. The animation team is not so engaged with all guests. During my whole stay, none of the team invited us to participate in any of the activities. It is either you figure it out yourself or you just miss it. A great pool party was played and we knew about it by chance.
2. The pool clean up is not the best.
3. The night shows are played on a tiny stage, but it was good enough and the shows were great.

Most of them will make you feel exceptionally welcomed!
Club car drivers, receptionists, housekeeping, and waiters at "The Market" restaurant, especially Abd Elrahman Ali.
Chapeau for such a staff & of course their management.
The food variety in the restaurant was excellent.
The beach with corals is outstanding
Picked a room with sea view.
Unfortunately, i would more accurately describe it as "partial sea view."
The rest of the building was obscuring part of the view of the sea, which is already" distant."
Something i didn't like & wasn't addressed when escalated to the duty manager who promised to look after the issue.
I guess i was not very lucky with the room (1025) location, directly above the "Pub" with an outdoor projector screen showing football matches, & the resort theatre with musical & belly dancing shows.
The room was not the best pick for someone who was searching "tranquility" by the sea side.
The room itself is spacious and nice.

Staff are so friendly and professional even birds are friendly , cleanliness was perfect , luxury hotel , the entertainment program was so good ,pool water very clean they clean it every day. In general it was a very good stay for me and my family
The buffet does not match with a 5 stars hotel,they must add more varieties of food and specially upgrading its quality
