The decor was very good and the view lovely.

The toilet was an excellent design for the owner. Toilet paper bills would be drastically smaller. Moving the toilet onto the outside deck could eliminate these costs completely. The cupboard nearly fell on me when I tried to open the door. Like so many things in life, what looks great often doesn't work great.

Everything was perfect.

This was a fabulous place to be based to explore and enjoy Batemans Bay. Alison was an exceptional host - giving helpful advice and responding quickly to requests. Such a beautiful seaside view and vibe just outside our window. We loved the complimentary use of bikes to enjoy the promenade cycling track. Strongly recommend.

Location was fantastic, staff very welcoming

No lift, limited & difficult parking, TINY room - booked king suite waterside with kitchenette, toilet was included in the kitchenette which consisted of a fridge, toaster and jug. Bed was not comfortable. Chairs in the room looked great but very uncomfortable, difficult to watch the tv sitting in the chairs. Shower not screened in so water everywhere and floor tiles very slippery.

One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at. The balcony was great, we had drinks and dinner there. Quiet and relaxing surrounding. Right next to the waters. Excellent view. Design of the rooms are unique to each room, updated and functional, rooms are well equipped with plates and utensils as well.

The property was excellent in every detail and the lady from reception who looked after us was especially helpful . If i return to this area i would certainly stay here. The room we had was very spacious and immaculately clean with sea views.
