I’d clean the koi pond if I owned it though the heat makes it hard to keep fresh. Also increase the range of fruit at breakfast. Hardly things to complain about

EVERYTHING! We were so comfortable!! Breakfast was great. You have several options to choose from that include a different thai speciality every day. Bicycles available for free. Ressort also includes a 30-minute foot massage and shuttle to a beautiful beach closeby. Staff was so helpful and polite. Highly recommend. Advise you see the sunrise at the beach that is less than 50m from the hotel. Overwhelming experience

Thai Style boutique hotel with not so many rooms. No kids and very few tourists. very cost and well maintained.

The breakfast was exceptional. I choose the Thai option every day and it did not disappointment. Beautiful Thai food, thank you. The whole place was quiet and oh, so relaxing. I want to go back.

There was nothing that I could pick out that I didn't like.

It was very quiet, clean the staff were all amazing, very helpful short distance from bars and restaurants but easy to reach by taxi not expensive, lovely beach short walk away about 50 meters

Lovely place...old style Thai. Incredibly quiet and the pool was good for a dunk and a cool off. Plenty of sun loungers. I had a pond view room which was tucked away so nice and private and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was spotless. Great breakfast buffet and a cooked dish as well, either Asian or western. Location is great. Little cafe, massage place, 7-11 and beach acess all 2 mins walk away. Came back one evening and the security guard walked me to my cabin with a torch. The path is lit anyway, but it was sweet. Loved this place..

This boutique hotel is set within beautiful grounds, the Thai style accommodations (villa rooms) are situated variously around the pool, in the gardens and by the fish ponds. It is quite simply an oasis of calm and beauty. The rooms are well appointed and exceptionally clean, with AirCon, TV, Safe, Tea/Coffee and a very comfortable/cozy bed. The gardens are beautiful and the salt water pool is great. The hotel benefits from being close to the beach and local transport. The Staff are polite, helpful and friendly and the breakfasts are out of this world whichever option you choose (Thai or American breakfast. Despite it only being rated as a three star hotel I can honestly say that i have stayed in five star hotels which are not as good as the Ruenkanok Thaihouse Resort Hotel. If/when i return to Hau Hin I would return to this hotel for sure.

Lovely quiet hotel surrounded by exotic greenery with beautiful setting for delicious breakfast. Incredibly quiet but close to many places to eat - bench taxis run every few minutes and cost very little. The beach is super clean with clear, warm water and so near!

The staff is very kind and helpful, the place is beautiful and peace, very well located... The breakfast was very nice, I highly recommend.

Since I am a plant and a nature lover, for me this is a heaven 😇

It was situated down a lane close to the main road to Hua Hin in one direction and a beach in the other where there were many restaurants on the sand. The transport was by small green buses which was very cheap and stopped by a wave of the arm. the accommodation was just perfect, spacious and with a balcony to relax on in the evenings. The pool with luxurious plantings tasteful arranged was great for relaxing and the outdoor dining area served excellent breakfasts with a good selection of Thai food as well as a buffet. During our stay I had an accident which involved visits to the hospital. The attention I received by the staff was well above what I would have expected. The were kind and attentive even upgrading my room and allowing me to extend my stay to recover. I cannot thank them enough.

Breakfast was excellent. Everyday there was a different special like dumplings. Only thing to improve would be more vegetarian options. The salt water pool was clean and pleasant. The whole garden ambience of the resort was very relaxing.

The place is very nice, quiet... The stuff was very nice and helpful 👍 We booked the family house 🏠 - 2 floor for the 3 days and finally stayed for 6 nights 🌙 !!! 20 min walking to cicada market or tamarind market and is far away from the night market ... to the monkey Beach also 15 -20 min

Very nice resort, beautiful setup, staff extremely helpful and nice. Pretty wooden houses, way better than the soulless standard chain hotels. Staff was excellent, could arrange anything we needed. Food was very tasty, we ate also lunch there and it was amazing. Place was also quiet, we slept well.

No makeup mirror in the bathroom. However, this is something that is hard to find in Thai hotels. If you are small, short person, the mirror behind sink is too far to see your face in close-up.

There is only 1 reproach but honestly, I don’t know how this can be improved on: the mosquitoes… so many of them. The place is so green and beautiful that I think it’s inevitable…

Villa No 11 has too many steps to go from one room to the other. Pool is lacking a handrail as the steps are too slippery.

Fabulous resort majoring in traditional Thai buildings, clever little artistic touches and attractive water features: a little cramped maybe but a lot of thought has gone into its design. Staff were excellent and attentive throughout (a special mention for Noo here who was especially warm and friendly). Breakfasts were huge and innovative, and the beach barely 100M away. Lovely cafe also on site for casual eats.

Disappointing that no alternative was offerred or discussed for our early departure which meant missing a meal we had paid for- the only service black mark. Our cabin was the only one without a porch, so anything left outside automatically got wet in the rain. Avoid this pond-side room. Bizarre lighting set up we still didnt figure out after 4 days.
