L’établissement possède une vue incroyable sur la mer , l’île de Gomeira en face et surtout sur los Gigantes

Everything was excellent! Magnificent views to the ocean and Los Gigantes and super clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly and they even prepared a birthday surprise for us!

Location and facilities were great. The cleaners were awesome, breakfast was nice and the pizza place down the road was brilliant. Pool was clean and happy hour cocktails were amazing. We did have a slight issue with the shower but it was promptly sorted once we mentioned it!
We had to kill about 6 small cockroaches over the course of the 7 night stay in room 004 - it’s not a big deal and they’re hard to avoid in Tenerife but it just put a downer on the stay unfortunately. We didn’t mention it to the staff and I’m sure they would have been helpful if we did.

The apartmanhotel was well equipped, quite modern, well maintained. The air condition was very useful during the heatwave. The terrace was pretty big with a beautiful view.
We could also find parking spaces easily. The barbeque dinner was very good. The hotel also had happy hours, where we could buy cocktails at a more reasonable price.
The kitchen was missing basic things like salt, sugar, coffee and tea. These small things could make guests feel more at ease and compfortable.
The pool's availability was very limited. I prefer an early morning swim, but it was not possible due to the opening hours.
The staff often sound unwelcoming, I assume due to the lack of english knowlege. More training would be adviseable.
There was three of us, so we asked for an extra outdoor chair during our stay, they refused to provide it.

The hotel has lovely views over the ocean and cliffs. The pool area is always clean, and very relaxing. The apartments are also very comfortable and relaxing. The staff are lovely, and we had a lovely few days exploring the beaches. Never had issues with parking on the street.

A great hotel, the view is stunning on the Los Gigantes cliffs, rooms are clean! The staff is very nice! The swimming pool with the cocktail bar makes it a perfect place to relax.

'Hotel Klayman Diamond was absolutely amazing, from the staff to the food to the pool and location. We couldn’t fault anything with this hotel. I and my family thoroughly enjoyed spending Christmas time there.

The welcome was fantastic, the apartment spotless, the toilets sparkling, the pool area amazing and clean, loads of loungers and seating and 2 cabanas. Toilets at the pool spotless as well. Pool bar has a great selection of drinks and amazing food and even more amazing bar staff. All the staff are amazing the ensure your stay is perfect as it was already looking to book againg for next year.

The big studio room with a big kitchen and nice sea-view terrace. The pool is very relaxing, a lot of sun, there are nice and comfy sunbeds. The Bar at the pool has really good cocktails. The view from the pool is stunning.
The location is central, just keep in mind it is uphill.
The check-in for us was self-service as we arrived late but it worked well.
Our room had every day a bad sewage smell coming from the A/C or sink. They tried to solve it, but they just put a perfumed room spray.
The breakfast has a large amount of options. But the quality of most food and coffee is not great.

The pool area was great. Never too crowded. Always clean towels available. Very happy with the apartment and very clean.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was great as was the pool area and bar too! Short walk to the beach and harbour. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
Some minor issues with toilet flushing in the bathroom, but it got resolved.
Pool and bar opening times could be extended.

Even if all rooms are advertised to have sea view, we only had sea view but obstructed by palm trees. It was such a pity because we requested unobstructed sea view just after making the reservation..
One of the AC was not working and the other one was very loud. Even if the loud one was repaired after I complained, the other one which was not working (blowing hot air) was not repaired during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is absolutely amazing and one of the best in Los Gigantes. We used the pool almost every day with a cocktail from the pool bar and it was never really busy. All the staff is really polite. Overall great value for the price. Also, Los Gigantes was perfect for us offering everything you need on a holiday (restaurants, beach, water activities) while not being too busy and touristy.
