Great location. For the most part clean and tidy Amazing view

It's right next to a quiet beach with sea views.

Amazing location and very clean well equipped apartment. Beds very comfortable and great spacious apartment. The ocean view is spectacular!

Very worn lounges left little bits of leather on clothing (really the only thing negative to say)

The view that's it. It was definitely a great view though.

It smelt. Insects and a cockroach under the sink. Old appliances and cutlery/pots /plates, non working rangehood. Shower head no pressure and wouldn't stay up. Uncomfortable couch and beds. It was dusty. They were renovating so a lot of facilities not available.

great view, room had been refurbished and was very nice and very clean.

beds were uncomfortable, 2 of us ended up with sore necks and backs from the beds. sliding doors need fly screens.

Location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Pool spa and outdoor areas were nice.

No air conditioning Carpets were a bit gross The hallways/lift area smelled bad No towels in the kids room

One of the bathrooms was unusable as the shower was broken. We had to clean the walls where something had been spilled in the living area. There was a lack of people to assist at reception alot of the time.

View was awsome! Reception was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Fantastic it had a washing machine and dryer and dishwasher.

Old outdated broken kitchen. Tiny hot water system that could only facilitate 2 very quick showers before water went stone cold leave the other 2 people waiting for hours for it to heat up again.

We stayed in 1D and it clearly hasn’t had a proper clean in years, under the beds and behind the curtains were layers of dirt and dust I had to scrub. The balcony and outdoor furniture was so dirty The furniture including the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable and very outdated. The cutlery and crockery were cheap and old and there wasn’t even enough plates for our family and we had to go to Kmart and buy stuff for our stay. Bathrooms were old with mould and clearly hadn’t been renovated ever Port-a Cot was broken and stunk like moth balls so we had to go buy a new one. The staff member on checkin was clearly knew and didn’t know basic information and the reception isn’t open long enough to ask questions, hire equipment for golf or tennis. If the location was so good and we hadn’t already paid for the venue, we would have honestly left.

Have stayed there 4 times now, love it.

The Staff we met at the Reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and mostly comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Easy access to everything. The view we had from the 1st floor was O.K. It was a nice place to stay to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary.

The first time we stayed at Princess Palms we were on a higher floor from which we were able to see the mouth of the Currumbin Creek & The Rock. Lots of special photos taken that time - photos not so enticing this time. (Sorry) We did find a cockroach in our room - just a tiny one. Someone in close proximity was smoking which meant in the evening we had to keep the doors on the balcony closed.

Lee at the reception was very accommodating and proffesional. The view from the unit was great. The grounds were nice and easy to access the beach. Good family location

The furniture was so dated, i feel like the owner hasnt changed the decor in the bedrooms in a couple of decades. The bedrooms felt unclean. The bathroom had paint peeling from the roof and the vents were dusty. The Fridge while it seemed to be rather new made a buzzing noise constantly. I would recommend the owner spend a bit of money on more modern furniture and a lick of paint wouldn't hurt either.

The apartment was lovely furnished and the view was amazing.. The location was right on the beach front. We walked through a beautiful garden before stepping onto the beach every morning. The beach in Palm Beach is the most beautiful I've seen. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. You'll love it. I spent the whole of August 2022 here.

The location is perfect with access directly onto the beach. It is also close to shops, restaurants and cafe's being only a short walk away.
