The house is enormous will ample room and privacy for adult couples. Lovely modern house and the rooftop terrace is a great touch.

This property is perfectly located close to the beach and on the end of Main Street in Dunsborough which made it easy to go out for morning coffees and dinners. The property itself is great. It’s so big and spacious which is perfect for families. The rooftop terrace was such a brilliant feature and the perfect spot for an afternoon drink or just for relaxation. We used Epicuriosity catering for my mothers Valentine’s Day 60th birthday and they did an incredible job! So efficient and professional and the food was delicious. All in all we all had a fabulous stay here and would definitely come again if we have a big group of us.

We love the beautifully decorated house. It is convenient to the shops and close to the beach. The house fits perfectly our family of 10. Will certainly consider coming back.

Holiday made easy & special

The urban beach house is amazing, very clean and spacious! My friends and I stayed for a long weekend while in the region for a wedding. The large open kitchen, dining and living area was perfect for our large group, as were the multiple bathrooms. The roof top area was a great surprise! Overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

The urban beach house was lovely to stay in. The finishings are luxurious throughout the house. There were many entertaining areas with our fav being the rooftop bbq area. Right near the beach and close to bakeries/restaurants. The locks/keys gave us a bit of trouble when trying to enter the house after dinner on the Friday night. We got in trouble by the neighbour for “being too loud” trying to figure out the key, but we got inside eventually. Thanks for having us!!

Great place for a getaway. Five couples family and friends. Very spacious and comfortable. Every thing you could need in a great location. Few minutes into town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again. 👍

Beautiful house with great proximity to beach, park and shops. House was comfortable and spacious.

From the time we walked in we were gobsmacked. The property was so inviting. Every room and area was spotlessly clean. There wasn’t anything we needed it was all there on hand. The beautiful homemade biccy’s waiting for us on the kitchen bench were delicious and such a welcoming, homely thought. We were celebrating a friends 60th birthday and we did it in style by choosing this home. We had a chef come in and cook for 7 of us with a 3 course meal which was magnificent. Fantastic location, walking distance to beach, cafes and town centre. We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa (property manager) whom is a credit to the owners. Juliet and Greg Olsen (chefs) brilliant. We will be back and will recommend to family and friends.

It was a great house for our group of friends and family..enough space, bedrooms and bathrooms all beautifully furnished..walking distance to all the shops and cafes in Dunsborough. BBQ area on roof was a fabulous entertaining space..would recommend to anyone..

Perfect location within walking distance to everything you need and want in Dunsborough. The house is unbelievably amazing - 5 big bedrooms, 4 beautiful bathrooms, great outdoor area on the third level and beautiful kitchen, dining and lounge area. We had 9 friends and there was so much space for everyone and we had the absolute best trip! The check in and out process was super easy and the house had everything we could have wanted plus more. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Absolutely stunning home with everything to offer no expense has been spared to enjoy this home . Perfectly located for the shops , beach , and park . We really did not want to go home . We shall be back Urban Beach House !!

Everything was positive - fantastic 5 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms, with all the facilities needed to cater for just about every need. The kitchen and outdoor areas were fabulous to work and play in. Able to walk to most places for daily needs, great access to wineries, beaches and (the all important) Chocolate Factory. Our only minor difficulty was that some of us had cold showers blaming the 10 year old for being in the shower too long! Then with help from Lisa discovered the need to change the gas bottle!! We had a group of varying ages (10 to 75), with UK visitors and everyone enjoyed their stay - Happy to recommend this beautiful house.

Our stay at the urban beach house was lovely. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants right in the heart of Dunsborough. We were 4 couples but if there were 5 couples it would be equally as comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

Fantastic Home even more beautiful Than the photos . We arrived as a group of 10 adults for a family Wedding , split over 4 levels we had so much room and all the modern cons , each with our own bathrooms , very impressive .. We will definitely be back .. close to all amenities.. walk to beach , shops etc

Spread across four levels, from a rooftop BBQ/ bar/ dinning area to an enormous kitchen/ dining/ lounge, this place was AMAZING!!! When we arrived we couldn’t believe that the house kept on going and was sooooooo big and luxurious. One bedroom was actually a linked apartment with kitchen and balcony. All four families slept in comfort with their own bathrooms. The beach was two houses away and the shops only a block. The house was stocked with all the bits and bobs you might need. Great internet kept the kids entertained. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We were a party of six who enjoyed very much the accommodation at the Urban Beach House. The house had a well equipped kitchen, was in an amazing location and was fabulously clean. We would thoroughly recommend The Urban Beach House to large families or groups of couples. We hope to return!

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family holiday! The kitchen was great with everything needed to cook our meals. So spacious, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other and we were all delighted to have our own bathrooms. Luxury with a beach feel, couldn't have asked for better!

We had a great weekend, whilst we stayed in the house with 9 Adults and 6 kids when it poured rain all weekend. We never once felt crowded. Each room is huge and allows you to feel comfortable and quite in your on rooms. The house is well supplied with everything you need and the owner helpful and quick to reply to any inquiry. We are coming back and would recommend this place to anyone. This place is a very short walk to central Dunsborough and Geographe Bay.
