Housekeeping entered the room without confirming if anyone was inside the room..the kettle wasn't working and i had to call thrice in 30 minutes to get a new one.

We checked at midnight which the hotel was pre-informed at booking but the staff was unprepared and impolite. We waited more than 30 mins and the staff was rude in their response and hospitality. The room was very small, carpet was unclean with paper pieces and dirt from previous stay. Only one towel in the toilet and not a single hanger. Wondering why this hotel has so many good reviews or it was just one instance but I'm never staying here again and the property is not worth the name Marriott.

Its not a property of Mariot standard. They had not paid money to contractors fully while renovation. All the places patch work. The wash room is a public toilet. Please dont recommend to any one
