2 blocks from bus at top of old town- kirche stop- , which goes from friedrichshafen station to konstanz. Upper town much nicer than below, great views. Apartment is a basement and looks so, dont want to spend time in room, dark but cool. Excellent modern bathroom, small kitchen area in hallway has all you need. Small pool nice to sit outisde on deck chairs

Lights blew a fuse and all stopped and I got no answer when i rang owner. Eventually response to SMS and fixed. Owner said later she prefers whats app to communicate with guests ( after emailing me in advance to phone when i arrived to be let in) but i had no international data on my phone for whats app

Decent-sized apartment with cooking facilities (though these were a bit limited). Not much natural light given it was a basement flat but we knew this when we booked. Very close to the town centre and a bonus to have free parking on site.

The room was clean and everything we needed was prepared in the room. The location was also good. We were able to easily get to the center if old city, a bus stop, a supermarket near the apartment :)

Th room was in the first basement, but we don’t complain about that. It was enough comfortable to stay. Unfortunately, other rooms were already fully booked.

The owner was very friendly.

Room is good, it was clean and had enough utensils in the kitchen as well. Very close to the harbour in case you want to go to Konstanz.

The kitchen could have been a little bigger. Maybe a chopping board could be useful and some essential cooking items like salt, sugar.
