We adored it all, it was such a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return

just so quiet when we were there , even the animals didnt bother us , in fact it was lovely too hear them ! Very clean hut & everything you needed.

its not that we didnt not like anything but i just wonder how quiet it would be with the huge tents full ! but thats only a thought not a dislike

Brilliant location was lovely waking up to all the animals and the freshly layed eggs was a lovely touch

The shepard hut was beautifully done, no expenses spared. Lots of lovely touches like cookies in the biscuit tin and fresh eggs in the fridge.

The only thing that could improve the experience (and this is not major!) a thicker mattress and a thicker duvet would be amazing!

The peace and atmosphere here is wonderful. Well created hut with everything you need!

safari tent wasn’t ideal for October. we felt it would be better in warmer weather.

The lighting in Texel was quite low in kitchen area. Could do with another lamp that end of hut

Loved the location, amazing, seeing the animals up close and personal fantastic for my family. Thoughtfully there was a 'toy shed' there with balls, badmington and various games, very handy too. I was so happy to have BBQ facilities and a raeburn to light❤️I understand why it's called 'Dawn Chorus' unbelievable location, got up really early to walk a few minutes down the road where you could see the most wonderful dawn breaking. Loved it, that image will stay with me for life. Beccles too the nearest village 2 miles away had a great fruit and veg shop, best shop I have ever seen, lovely church and view at back, good array of shops, town life at its very best!

Refrigeration and lack of light in bedrooms, one soft light on porch of tent would have been helpful too.

Received an excellent package of information from the hosts prior to arrival - told us everything we needed to know. Great location with plenty of space between each accommodation. Stayed in a shepherds hut which was clean and well supplied including ground coffee and loose leaf tea. Loved the fact that we could collect some eggs from the chicken coup for breakfast - so tasty and fresh. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I loved the safari tent, it is spacious, clean and has all the commodity you could find in your home. The beds are very comfortable and the bed sheets were clean and of good quality. The surrounding area is kept very well and the children enjoyed a lot feeding the animals and collecting fresh delicious eggs. The recommendation for things to do in the area were very useful and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The host was friendly and very happy to help with anything we asked.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Lovely hut and great situation . Our son loved feeding the pigs and collecting fresh eggs and we loved how peaceful the place was. Thank you !

It would be great to have more hooks to hang things like towels , coats etc .
