The room was very spacious and comfortable. Location was great with an easy walk into the village. Great views of the harbour.

The attention to detail with daily room services was lacking with bed not being made and coffee not replenished. If this was better we would have given 10/10.

Peaceful water front location and a beautiful stroll to the heritage area of Strahan. The restaurant is top class, best oysters we’ve ever tasted! Or villa was spacious with a kitchenette and comfortable bed.

Location was fabulous and an easy walk to town and the river cruise. The bathroom was large but kitchen area was very small.

The outside of our unit "The Wreck" was really disappointing. A quick sweep up and a couple of chairs we could have sat in out the front would have been enough but it was so uninviting. The price merited just that being done.

We had a blackout for a few hours when we arrived and the lovely staff brought everyone some delicious soup and rolls and some candles, torch etc. to our rooms. Much appreciated.

The power was off due to a storm. The owner/manager went out of her way to make us as comfy as possible. Providing hot soup and buns for dinner, candles, torch etc

Waterfront - spectacular sunset views across the water. Onsite restaurant - delicious meal. Friendly amd helpful staff.

Shower - climb in tub/shower. Knozzle kept moving down whilst water on.

We were in a ground floor room and some overhead noise was evident. Not too serious, but if I I booked again, I would ask for a second floor room

Comfortable, quiet and clean room, friendly staff and complimentary carafe of Port and chocolates on arrival. Beautiful and central location with gorgeous sunset views.

- Bathroom fixtures weren’t very functional (e.g., the tap for the sink was too close to the bowl to wash hands or brush teeth - has to use the kitchen sink next door; shower floor wasn’t slanted for run-off to drain). - Food at the restaurant didn’t live up to the quality or value in online reviews, but the restaurant itself and its staff were lovely.

Beautiful setting right on the water. A very cosy room. Great value - some tasmanian accomodation is way overpriced and this was a notable exception. Would thoroughly recommend it!

The staff were super helpful when our flight was cancelled and meant our stay was altered. They went above and beyond to help us by contacting Booking.com to sort out our problem. So grateful.

We mistakenly locked ourselves out of our room at 7.15am. We tried ringing the 24 hour phone number which went straight to the office phone in the un-manned reception. The recorded message telling us no-one would be able to help us until 9am. We feel a 24 hour phone number should be available 24 hours for emergencies, particularly when no staff are on site.

Good size room, beautiful view, nice e bathroom, floor heating as well as reverse cycle heating. Very snug and warm. Laundry facilities
