Super staff

Byłam bardzo mile zaskoczona 😊Bardzo przestronny i gustownie urządzony apartament z w pełni wyposażony aneksem kuchennym. Cudownie relaksująca strefa wellness z wieloma rodzajami saun i małe baseniki na tarasie z widokiem na góry dawały wytchnienie po wyczerpujących wędrówkach górskich. Skorzystałam również (za dodatkową opłatą) z masażu tajskiego wykonanego przez profesjonalistke o cudownych dloniach. Warto skorzystać! Było niesamowicie Polecam każdemu kto jeszcze nie spróbował.Przepyszne i różnorodne śniadania, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Obiady również bardzo smaczne. Pierwszy raz jestem w 100% zadowolona z pobytu a bywałam już we wielu hotelach Chętnie tam wrócę ale tym razem zimą.

There was a lot of noise outside during the night.

Comfortable and modern room with the amazing view. Excellent staff. The hotel is located near the lift to the mountain. The most delicious breakfast I ever had in the hotels. We had a great time here.

The spa exceeded our expectations, especially due to large space and number of saunas and whirlpools available. Also the fact that we were near alone in the spa, but that might have been due to the time at 8pm many guests are likely already at dinner. The breakfast sortiment and especially the staff asking about additional foods that we might like was super nice and unexpected.

When travelling just for one night you are likely to get the smallest room on the floor which I located behind the lift. It was not disturbing at all but, larger room would be appreciated.

The property was amazing! The rooms are big and the couples room for 4 was what we had! It was perfect
