Great location, friendly staff.

Location
The room was disgusting, very unclean , other persons hair all over our carpet looked like it wasn't hovered at all!

The first receptionist was polite
And location was good
Heating was on full blast we couldn’t get the heater turned off we did ask, it was hot to touch and left us all really hot so had to open windows fully, old chips found on the floor, bedding wasn’t clean, very run down room, no glasses & wow the breakfast included! So we got given a piece of paper with 2 options. The options were a strip of Nutella or a jam, a piece of toast, bread, or a bun, the options was 1 with hot chocolate or a tea or coffee? It was diabolical, we then were told by someone else, this is action film camera, it’s prob all gone off (staff member) don’t eat it, food is always out of date, and that why would we ever stay there it’s disgusting place not worth the money,

The rooms were nothing like the pictures. I booked this hotel because of the price but I didn't expect to be in a room that had stained bed frames, dirty tray where the tea and coffee was, towels smelling like tobacco, very poor lighting one of which was broken and didn't turn on at all.

I liked there was a separate little room for my toddler.
How loud it was there, obviously expected some noise as its the centre of Swansea on a Friday night but actually within the hotel sat in our room we could hear conversation and voices from others

Nice location in the centre of town, good access to the room and a decent street view. The staff were great.
It would be better if the room was air conditioned or similar.

The manager was very pleasant and helpful. He could not produce an extension cord for my CPap (frequently found that there are not outlets near head of bed) so he came up and moved the bed, rearranged the room. Hotel right downtown near museums and shopping.
Nothing. Hotel was over a Cafe so breakfast really handy.

Reception staff were lovely friendly and chatty.
Plenty of tea/coffee/milk.
Shower gel container empty, but was having a shower before I realised!
Some room furniture and the carpet showing damage and had seen better days-cigarette burns on carpet.
It didn't affect our stay though.

Pleasantly surprised by the room. the entrance to the Hotel made me doubious as to what the stay would be like - town center cafe entrance made me nervous - however the rooms where very comfortable and clean and beds great - all facilities we needed for our 2 night stay - lovely bath and shower and hot water on tap.
Staff where very accomadationg and friendly. - breakfast was optionally delivered to out room in paper bag - as it was continental this was fine for us as we could also take left overs out with us.
Not something I didnt like - just bare in mind that Front of house in this hotel does not do the rest of hotel justice. However think this would be difficult to change - its just a friendly cafe that opens early so locals come here for breakfast.
