Location is wonderful. The bathrooms very nice and clean wonderful shower
Beds are slightly small for a couple. Although I. chose a room with a sitting room to have more space, I would have just preferred a bigger bedroom. We had dinner and I felt that the main course was extremely small for my partner he ordered the duck … such a small portion .

The restaurant, as the food was delicious and the waitress was wonderful.

Beautiful room, we stayed in the bath room with the verandah - very nice!
The room was great, pretty pricey though. Downstairs, they have kind of wrecked what they have done by turning an beautiful old pub into a ‘fancy’ restaurant. I would have enjoyed it more if it were a typical country pub.

Great Location. Every aspect of accommodation was great. Rooms very clean and tidy Beds were great.
I chose the wrong room. Had single beds in single rooms instead of a Double or Queen size in 1 Bedroom

Despite double glazed windows, passing trucks were still noisy

Location was excellent & room very spacious & comfortable w beautiful bathroom
Unfortunately the windows cldnt be opened for ventilation. No Netflix. Only 2 coat hangers. No hand towel

The overall facility was good. The meal from the dining room was excellent.
The noise from the highway impacted our sleep. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog but given we could not eat in our room and ate at the restaurant in the beer garden, the beer garden needs heating and the offer of blankets for the humans. The addition of $50 for pet cleaning is excessive and out of step with other accommodation providers.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The room was spacious, comfy bed, and a very generous ensuite. Everything was of a high standard. Although the staffing was highly affected by Covid restrictions, we were met on arrival and made welcome.
We will have to come back to enjoy the new extended outdoor section.
Unfortunately the bar and dining were closed due to Covid restrictions. The staff member gave us some good local recommendations though.

Staff were extremely rude to us and our guests not once but twice. Ruined our stay in an otherwise lovely Hotel.

Tenterfield has become very quiet, but the commercial boutique was a buzzing little place. Unfortunately no brekky available but there was a place just down the road they recommended. A nice little break for us

If anything maybe need a bigger cocktail menu but nothing else really

the staff were excellent,the only reason we did not give a 10 for our stay was that you could not open any windows for fresh air.

The dinner was the best around town and of a high standard. The table service was excellent too and the staff were happy to move us nearer to the heating when we requested it.
Our room was cold - they had forgotten to turn on the heating. Dining area was also cold - a small near extinct fire and again no one had turned on the room heating till 4:30. Mind you this was mid-winter and it may have been the 'Monday staff' arriving mid-afternoon.
