The view was spectacular! Staff is friendly, clean rooms, very quiet and calm, good location close to the city center.

We had a bad smell in the bathroom, they did fix it one day, but the following day it continued until we left. The internet was not the best. The accessibility to the hotel was not good, I would not recommend this place for elderly nor for people with reduced mobility, has a lot of stairs and no elevator.

the service, I asked if they could arrange a crib for my baby, and they say yes, then they call and reconfirm they were bringing the crib and then they called again saying it was not possible unless I was staying for more than one night. also why wife needed an iron and they say that they would bring it to us, but then they called again saying it was only available in the morning until midday because the laundry was closed, when we called in the morning they said they did not give the iron to the guests, so I feel very frustrated, I wish I could get my money back and choose a different place to stay

without mentioning all of the issues: The room was tidy, but far from spotless. The view from the bedroom was very impressive, but the windows were dirty, which was a shame since this is a big selling point of the hotel. Various things didn’t work in the room. The safe wasn’t working (we were assured the staff were trustworthy…) and one of the taps in the bathroom sink didn’t open (the owner told us this was intentional, since there was no hot tap) and the taps were falling apart. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly (either very cold or just a fan). We spoke to reception who didn’t offer many solutions, advising someone would check the air con right away, but that didn’t happen until the following day. The owner spoke with (cornered) us at breakfast and pointed out that these weren’t actually problems, then later came to our room with a key to the safe, followed by further defensive remarks while we were trying to relax after breakfast. it’s a shame our feedback wasn’t considered. The breakfast was basic but the staff were very friendly so that helped to clear the air.

The staff are really nice. They went out of their way to help us in every way. The service was first class. The view is first class. To sit out eating breakfast and have two wonderful views of the sea was amazing. It made it all worthwhile. I would recommend it.

The room was ok but the bathroom was a bit simple and the quality of the towels and linens is questionable. One of the things I didn`t like was that they made me sign a release that my towels and bedding wouldn't be changed for 2 days. I usually don`t ask for a change due to ecological reasons and I see no need. However the towels were so thin that we were using very damp towels to dry ourselves the next day. It would have been much nicer if they had left the decision up to us. Also they told us the the cleaner wouldn`t clean out bedroom. When I questioned this they said she would make up the bed but not clean the room due to the pendemic. ???I I feel that a lot of people are using the Pandemic as an excuse. If nothing had been said we probably wouldn`t have even noticed. Despite all this it was really worthwhile. I hope the owners see this as constructive criticism because it is an amazing place to stay.
