The apartment was extremely clean, walking distance from Pollonia beach and in a silent area. Besides that, the lovely receptionist and the super friendly owners made our stay even more special.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. What we found very convenient is the small kitchen and fridge to make a simple breakfast.

Brand new place, spotless clean, very friendly staff, comfortable and large size room with car parking. We rent the car from the hotel and it was delivered at the port with reasonable price and eventhough an unfortunate small scratch happened, they didn't charge anything. Although there was a close place for breakfasts, the kitchen in the room and the appliances were quite enough for the breakfast and we prefered to do in the room. The beach is 10 minutes on foot and not crowded, but be aware if northerly winds start, you need to find a beach at the south part of the island.

What a special place! Rooms, curtains, architecture, fixtures all designed and made by the hands of the Garifalakis family… quiet, clean, and so comfortable! Great location and so reasonable in price! The family/staff are beautiful and kind people! We will return!

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay at the Garifalakis Comfort Rooms. From the location, to the amazing host, we were so happy we chose to stay there. The building is newly constructed and the rooms are extremely cute and well designed. We loved how comfortable we felt when we were inside relaxing with the french doors to the patio open. The pebble stone bathroom and shower are also amazing, and the bed is super comfy. The host, Nectarina is an angel, one of the most kind people we met on our entire trip. She was a ball of sunshine, we loved each and every encounter we had with her. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed, and is always ready and willing to help. The location is wonderful, walking distance to bakeries and restaurants in Pollonia. There is also a cute little beach you can swim at. If you're looking to see other parts of the island, there is a car rental spot where you can rent a car for the day. This was one of our favorite places to stay during our trip, and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Milos.

Very clean, modern room. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the village of Pollonia where you can find restaurants etc. The owner was super friendly and helpful! We had a really nice stay, there is nothing to complain about.

I always look for a small, family run hotel when I travel in Greece. This hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and in the perfect location. Nectarina, the owner, lives across the street and she is always available to help you with a big smile with whatever you need. The room is spotless and it is cleaned every day with fresh towels. Bed and pillows were also very comfortable with fantastic AC- it was very hot the week I was there. In the room, you have a small kitchenette and there is a small welcome basket of crispy toast, jam, honey, coffee, and a bottle of water. The hotel is a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants of Pollonia abs you have the best sunset 100 feet from your hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved everything. The location is perfect, many restaurants in walking distance. Everybody was super friendly, the room was very clean. Beautiful sunset just around the corner. We highly recommend it!!!

The hotel is very nicely located in Pollonia, I loved the host she was very helping ! I really recommend going to the hotel it is very modern and has very comfortable bed !
