We loved the location - very close to the main shopping area and directly over the road to great coffee and cake shops. The house was extremely well renovated and nicely decorated. The loungeroom furniture and bed were very comfortable - important due to back issues. We also appreciated the little treats left in the fridge- ice creams, etc

The only negative - and this didn’t impact on us due to the chilly weather- the only outside area to sit in was the concrete car park area. The fly wire on the exterior doors is badly in need of repair.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Very spacious accommodation and very well equipped. Great kitchen with dishwasher and all you need to cook if you want to. Off street parking as well.

The accommodation was immaculate and had all amenities, great to have washing machine and bed was comfy and warm. The location in the centre of Port Fairy was a bonus and there was plenty of room and privacy. We will certainly be back. Great follow up from the hosts as well.

The property was perfect, had everything you could want and more. It was very cosy and in an excellent location and very clean.

Tap in bathroom sprayed water and perhaps a dead bolt on the doors for ease of opening and locking in case of an emergency would be hard to get outside.

Jonathon was very friendly and helpful and it was easy to contact him to check in. This property is very light, clean and comfortable. There is lots of space downstairs in lounge, dining and kitchen area. Couches and chairs are good quality. TV was easy to operate. There is a very well equipped kitchen. Heating is excellent. Beds were great and quality of linen was very good. The location is so good - easy walk to everywhere in the town. There are cafes and restaurants just across the street too.

The fact that it was two storey when quoted by Booking.com as being on 1 level. Also shower a little tricky for older people.

Jonathan was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the cottage behind reception. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, nice lounge area with Tv. Large master bedroom with lovely bedding. Very clean. We also liked the location as everything in walking distance. There is also an external phone outside the office to call Jonathan on.

The bathroom is ok, not keen on tiled step out of bath/shower and the how the taps function in the sink. The wooden stairs would be better without the gaps on each step.
