The Cottage was a very good size for the 3 of us which was a bonus! The cottage was set in a beautiful garden setting which made the experience even better. The location is good as your not far from main town area and overall it was a peaceful for a relaxing 2 days.

Such a warm, cosy cottage, the surroundings were just gorgeous, and we also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast items that were supplied.

If I had to choose something it would have to be that the internet connection and phone service wasn't great.

Kookaburra Cottage. Everything ...... from the staff to the location to the attention to detail. The Complimentary breakfast foods are more than welcome, the heater was SO warm on the 2 degree mornings, the bed was comfy, the decor is wonderful, great couches, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, spa bath, and everything was super clean.

There was nothing to dislike.

Once we arrived at the location, we were amazed at the beautiful spot that the cottage was placed. The room was cosy, perfect for the cold weekend, and the complimentary food and drink was lovely. Overall was a great experience and would go back again!

The only issue I had was that the hot water was limited. We wanted to have a bath and was filling up the bath with warm water but that only lasted for a couple of minutes and turned to cold water. We waited for 30 mins to see if it would get hotter and it didn't so unfortunately couldn't have a nice bath.

Great little cottage very clean and well presented with fire going on arrival.

Loved quiet location and tranquility. Not too far from local shops, but felt like we were in deep in the bush. Perfect. Breakfast was amazing! and the short walk to the gardens was a bonus.

The only little thing we found was when the rain hit the chimney it would sometimes make a loud Ting sound, that at night would occasionally wake us up. We know this could not be helped, but it’s the only fault we could find.

it was charming and peaceful in a great location for our 3 night stay.
