Nothing. Booking accepted shortly prior to the reception closing via the app. When I arrived there was no method in place to gain access to the room. There was no method of contacting the management. In the end I had to make alternate arrangements for accommodation in Bangor. I have not received a refund of the fee.

The staff in the bar were very friendly

Everything. The room was very small. The bathroom needed renovating - very poor condition. Jagged edges on some of the woodwork. When we let water out of the wash hand basin, sludge came up through the glug hope in the shower.(see photo) There was what we considered to be an offence poster on the wall regarding the use of the kettle.(see photo) There was a constant humming noise throughout the night from a boiler/generator.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfy, the tv worked, the staff were pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel sufficed for my needs just about

the decor and furnishings were tired - wardrobe a bit dusty, the bathroom ( I had a private bathroom) was a bit basic. the breakfast menu wasn;t to my taste so I ate out, not a problem but worth bearing in mind.

the room was not very clean. mold in the bathroom, garbage under the bed and the kettle was practically unusable. mold and dirt covering the inside of it..

location and price both great. hotel bar was nice too.

Breakfast had to be selected and paid for the evening before. There was no option for an evening meal, which was a nuisance as the only local eating facilities are all fast food and take aways. The TV was microscopic; no bigger than a PC monitor. The sink tap was not secured in place (despite telling management this on my first night, it wasn’t fixed before I left).
