Great property. Lots of fun things to do when the lake weather is uncooperative! The beautiful bluebonnets by the lake were an added bonus. Property manager very responsive and helpful.

Took my son and a group of his friends down for a golf trip and stayed here. It can’t imagine a better place for us in the evenings. Lots of activities for the group of 24 year olds and a very comfortable and clean home for the 55 year old to lay his head. Will definitely be back with the rest of my family! Highly recommend!

Our group of 9 adults had a wonderful time at this house. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the amenities were perfect. We definitely appreciated the dual dishwashers and refrigerators, no issues with food storage or cleanup! The hot tub was also great to have on a chilly Feb night. Also when we needed to check out a bit later, the owner was very accommodating. This was an excellent stay and we would absolutely rent again!

We stayed at Villa Soleil with our two sons and their young families. We had plenty of room. It would have been nice to have 1 more bathroom so they wouldn’t have to share. Only complaint is that the pool heater and hot tub weren’t working. That was really disappointing - especially since a cool front blew in that weekend. The manager was helpful but unfortunately wasn’t able to make things happen to repair the unit while we were there. House was well-appointed and comfortable. Beautiful views and fun pickleball court. Just disappointed in pool and hot tub not working - the main attraction for picking this house to rent

I stayed with a group of 8 guys for a weekend celebration with room to spare. The house is just as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, all the amenities. Plenty of fridge space, every kitchen utensil you could ask for, gas grill, and your choice of indoor/outdoor dining. If you rent a boat you can even get dockside pick up. Jackie is very responsive answering any questions you have while you're there as well.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and the lake views were stunning. Semi challenging to get ubers / Lyfts but if you plan ahead it’s okay.

The Property is as advertised. Had some issues gaining access on check-in however really good communication with the owner, so I wouldn't call it a delay by any means and she allowed us to check our luggage in early in the garage and check-in early as well, THANK YOU! Over all area is not bad, close to boat loading ramps, some of the surrounding homes look slightly run down and others look fantastic. Very well stocked with kitchen materials needed to cook and make beverages. It is quite a bit aways from some of the area "hot spots" such as Oasis so expect to drive ~45 minutes at a minimum however relatively close to some local food establishments and a grocery store. We enjoyed the amenities for sure. Closest golf course (Lago Vista) was very poorly maintained, I really wish we would have drove elsewhere to play. The Pickleball and Basketball combo court is up front while everything else is out back. The pool was quite dirty when we arrived and loaded with algae, the owner however got someone out the next day to address. It stayed clean for 2 days and the algae came right back so that probably needs to be cleaned/treated much better however I suspect it was simply brushed and shocked to at least make it swim ready for us. The home is about a 40 minute boat road to the Marina in case you were wanting to rent from there. We weren't able to get the jet ski lifts operable but didn't dig much further into it, just tied them to the boat lift, it was probably something we missed.

Great family vacation getaway! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed all the amenities that are featured on the property. The host Jackie was immensely responsive to all of our needs and we are already planning a repeat visit next year. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was beautiful just as pictured on the site. The host was extremely helpful and quick to answer all my questions. The house is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra bedding and pool towels . While we were there the weather was a little chilly and for a small few she heated the pool for us! It was a great weekend- I would highly recommend!

Large open floor plan lakefront home with lovely pool, hot tub and pickleball court. We never ran out of fun things to do! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and two dishwashers made cleanup a breeze for our group of eleven. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a great time staying at the Villa Soleil. The pictures did a great job showing off the home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to sit in all day and evening to watch the sunset. We had teenagers down to 9 years old with us and there is something for all of them to do. All the homes amenities were great for all ages. Jackie was a great host and always friendly if we had a question and very accessible.

Our family had so much fun at this beautiful home. There are so many amenities and activities to entertain everyone. We took our son’s fishing boat to use during our stay. The boat lift wasn’t working and Jackie had someone out to repair it within hours. Jackie is a most gracious host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the beds are very comfortable and the house is exceptionally clean. We cannot say enough good things about Villa Soliel and we plan to book another stay in the near future. Thank you Jackie!

Great views and accommodations right on lake travis. Sweet pool and spa. High quality pickleball and basketball court, shuffleboard, pool, ping pong and Foosball made at home time a blast. Owner is a great communicator and very helpful.

Above and beyond our expectations. Practical open space layout, good view, very clean and stocked with whatever you might need. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! First and foremost, Jackie was terrific to work with, incredibly responsive, and remarkably attentive to all of our needs. Thank you, Jackie! The home was exactly what we had hoped for. All of the amenities were fabulous! We especially enjoyed the beautiful view, the big open floor plan, the sitting area on the deck, the brand-spanking-new pickleball/basketball court, and the hot-tub/pool. The location is excellent—private, away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 7-minute drive to several markets, Starbucks, and the like. Overall, you will be glad that you chose this home!

We love this property. The outdoor is wonderful between the recently added basketball and pickle ball court to the beautiful pool and spa. Inside was just perfect for family. Three adult couples had the bedrooms while the grandchildren had a large room with bunk beds and the lower beds could each sleep two. Kitchen was perfect with the island, two stove, microwave and two dishwashers with very well stocked items. The living area had a large TV, plus indoor shuffleboard, ping pong/pool table plus fuse ball. Lots of room and very comfortable seating. While all of us could have dined at the same table the adults took the large table and the children sat right next to us at the counter with plenty of seating. We had such a great time we plan to return again. The property manager is a gem. Very kind, considerate and responsive. A delight.

Our family - Grama &Grampa, our kids and grandkids - 8 in all. Met at this beautiful home. We swam daily, played games, had great meals together. My grandson said, “ I’m never going to leave!” The house is really well equipped- our grandson did FaceTime with relatives and said “Everything comes in twos, 2 dishwashers, 2 frogs, 2 coffee makers…”. Jacque was so kind and attentive. She answered every text in minutes. It was agreed that this was our best yearly family trip yet. The pool and hot tub/spa were just one of the highlights. We rented this house for a week to celebrate our grandson’s graduation. There were 12 of us, traveling from Washington State and Southern California, ranging in age from 7 to 68. We absolutely loved the house and the property. It was extremely hot, so we spent most of our time on the lake or in the pool. When the heat pushed us inside, the house was full of entertainment, with ping pong, pool, foos ball and shuffleboard, all right in the great room. We had such fun setting up competitions with each other. It kept the kids off their electronics, and enjoying family time. The house itself was beautiful. The kitchen was not only stunning, but had everything you could possibly need, including three coffee pots!!!! There were times we were all gathered in and around the kitchen, and there was still plenty of room! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, it was one of the best family celebrations we’ve ever experienced, and it was largely because of all that the house provided. Thank you, Jacqueline (owner), for sharing your beautiful home and for helping us make such treasured memories. ❤️

This property was great. The owner has all the amenities covered, would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a water view and a pool to relax in.

There was no TV or internet until late Saturday afternoon.

Me and my family had the best time! The location was great, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, well supplied, and the owner was so responsive. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 days during the week n the month of June. The Lake was relatively quiet and created a great place for the kids to ride our jet skis . The boat dock is amazing and the house was exactly what we had hoped for. Jackie is an incredible host and the stay couldn’t have been better. We had 13 people stay and it accommodated all of us well. We will be staying here again next summer.

This property was great for docking our jet skis. The location is a bit away from everything but we made the best of it. The house itself is dated. Needs some TLC but the views and pool are awesome. The inside bedrooms have a slope in the floor which is concerning and the downstairs we didn’t use, more like a dungeon. The deck and stairs to get into the home should be replaced. The owner is very nice and willing to help. She leaves all the amenities in her rental which is nice like extra toilet paper, paper towels all that stuff. Thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house has a great wide open living space and the pool area is extremely nice. Very well stocked in the kitchen and a good amount of supplies available. Great sized driveway for larger groups.

The property is waterfront with a boat dock located on one of the best, most protected sections of Lake Travis. The home is spacious, with amenities perfect for large families or multifamily groups. Ping pong and pool table were a hit. Gorgeous pool and hottub overlooking the lake. We had a wonderful time, would definitely stay again. Jackie checked in on us and was responsive with communication leading up to the stay as well.
