Stuff is nice and friendly

They really tried to solve the issues we ran into and definitely tried to help us but that did in no way excuse the terrible experiences we had. For the amount of money we spend on this, I was utterly disappointed.

To keep it short: we booked the hotel with the jakuzi and had a terrible incident. The room itself was not very clean, the whole vibe really comes closer to a backroom in a brothel and the worst of all, the bathtub had worms in it. When we turned on the water and all the other functions of the jakuzi, little worms and insects came out of the openings and flooded the tub. And yes they were alive and it was horrendeous as we already sat in the jakuzi and had to jump out quickly.

Parking space enough

I did not experienced this as a B&B at all. Really remote place in industrial zone. The room was very, very small and looked more like a prison cell. The breakfast is very basic (no fresh items) although the coffee was ok.

Great place to find another accommodation.

The place is in the middle of nowhere. The nearest bus stop is about a kilometer away. When we got to the room, it was terribly cold, when I went to the service, he turned on the heating to the air conditioning, saying that it would be warm in 10 minutes, and left. It wasn't, so we left too.

Friendly staff and the room was clean.

It is very isolated with no facilities nearby. The bedside lights didn't work and the overhead light was very bright.

extremely far away from the center so if you have no car you should plan on paying 30€ for a taxi (each way). also, there’s a loud bar or so right next to it that played very loud music until very late ( but it was also a Saturday)

1. very narrow drive for cars. 2. very bad behave by cleaning staff, they knocked many times to the door from 9 o clock , just cause they want to clean room even that someone is sleeping in the room, have holiday and want to relax, sleep longer. 3. wifi not working at all.

Other clients, as well as the cleaning service, were extremely loud and noisy during sleeping hours, which made the sleeping experience bad. They should totally install carpets in the hallways to minimize this. Breakfast was also quite poor (only bagged cookies and other similar chocolate candies). For some reason, our room was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed in. Overall, the "bed and breakfast" is not exactly the concept for which this place stands.

The rooms were clean and new.

The owner, or employee of the accomodation could not speak english, it was hard to communicate with each other. On the very first moment we realized how far is the flat from the centre, and there is no public transport option near around the accomodation. Firstly the landlord was generous by offering us to transfer to Bari centre and back each day for 60€. On the first day we asked him to take us to the centre, but then he refused to transfer us back to the appartment, then he sent a taxi number instead. Turned out for a one way transfer it cost 15€ only, means half price than he offered us. After it we decided to leave the apartment, and agreed with him, that they are refunding back 50% of the rental fee for the remaining days. Of course, after we left, he never texted me back, and did not confirmed this deal to booking so we did not get back our money. The saddest part about it is not the money which we never see again, but the way he wanted to charge us double fee for the transfer and also lying to us about the refund. For costumer service I am giving a 0, beside this the apartment is clean, new, and well equipped, but in the middle of nowhere. Also there is place under construction in the neighbourhood, so they worked till late afternoon and started early in the morning so we could not really rest well.

It is near Bari, the rooms are secured with cameras, so the propery is very safe.

Cheap and uncomfortable bed, very loud music from nerby pizzeria, so we couldn't sleep till 2 a.m. We are young and normally loud music doesnt cause us any problems, but even with all windows closed it was too loud to sleep.
