I liked that all the rooms had balconies. The room was spacious with two queen-sized beds, and a sitting area. Bathroom was also a nice size to be very comfortble

The location was pretty good, a short 10 min walk to the Medano Beach and 5 to 10 min to the downtown area. Big rooms and everything was very clean, they wiped down the windows every day. The pool area including the lounge chairs, were daily cleaned. They provide 2 small water bottles in the room. Wifi was also pretty good. Uber can pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel.

Breakfast - was pretty small, and they serve you. I don't think I eat a lot, but they always put the tiniest of scoops in your plate, and you can't really go for seconds cause they rush you to sign the bill as soon as they see your plate empty. It also starts pretty late at 8 even 8.30am. Pool - also opens pretty late at 10 or 10.30am. This hotel seems to cater to both family with small kids as well as spring break loud 'let's do shots' people, making the pool area pretty awkward, since the music is always loud, not kid friendly, and the entertainment person wears a very rude sign hat, yells at people for free shots and constantly whistles. Be mindful of that if you have kids. My first night, Friday, I was unable to fall asleep until 4am due to some people partying with loud music next door, nobody came to tell them to be mindful of other guests. There are also very very thin walls.

Simple breakfast, Spring Breakers, Our reservation included a kitchen but our first room didn't have it, we request to change it and it took sometime, but at the end they gave us the right room.

Staff very friendly. Room roomy. Minibar was very disappointing. No utensils, glasswear of any kind. Had to ask for wine glasses and had to take bottle to bar for opening to enjoy patio. All rooms/patio over pool area area, bar, restaurant etc. Music at pool for small area VERY loud. Music at night bar area which was nice and over at 9pm so that was nice.

The staff was great, kind, extremely helpful. Attentive to the needs of the guest, Eduardo was outstanding since the time of arrival, helping right away with luggage and warm welcome to guidance and making sure we were safe. The room was kept clean and done.

The buffet could use a bit more variety of food, due to weather I couldn't enjoy the breakfast, a bit cold for outdoor eating. Servers were extremely helpful, they all were attentive and superb in service.

location of room no 215 - right in front of kids play area. asked for another room but couldn’t do another one. fridge in room was noisy. No information book about facilities at hotel etc

Large room and shower. Great location. Great amenities - pickle ball, mini-golf, fozball, air hockey. Free laundry was fantastic! Very clean. Friendly staff. Small hotel not overwhelming, great breakfast. Beautiful courtyard!

Nice pool area.

Toooooo loud!!! The music went on til 3:45. I didn't get any sleep. Horrible. I even had ear plugs in. I was so mad l would not eat their free breakfast. I walked across and paid for my own. How can you have a hotel above a rowdy bar Come on. I should get a refund.

don't expect a quiet night: hotel ls close to police, fire and emmergency station you will hear sirens from their vehicles
