The peacefulness that surrounds you as soon as you step into the Roozen residence, and the 180 degrees view, that is what this house is all about. If you need to recharge your batteries, recover from an illness, just want to rest and chill, or spend quality time with friends - this is where you should stay.

Excellent location with the general store and Sea Garden cafe and beach in walking distance. The house was amazing and the view was spectacular! We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Spacious modern house that has been decorated and furnished well. Has everything you need for a good vacation - easy access to the beaches - great surfing - vineyards on the doorstep and the town of Margaret River is only 10 minutes away. Great views of the sea.

Beautiful all year around
This place was stunning for a quick weekend getaway from the Perth city life. Kitchen is nice and open plan and social with the living areas. Views are breathtaking from all windows. Very clever architecture. I’m sure we’ll be back to stay again :)

This beautiful home is perfectly situated. It is set up high on the hill overlooking the ocean. Sunsets are spectacular.
The home is well equipped and very comfortable.
Lovely artworks adorn the walls.
There are views from every room.
The outdoor areas are are perfect to just sit and enjoy surroundings.
The only downside is leaving.
We hope to be able to stay again.

Excellent property, great location - brilliant!
Our small group spent 4 nights at Roozen and we already want to go back. The building itself is a great design but it's position in the landscape and views of the beach (just a 8-10 minute stroll) is truly unique. Margaret River shopping strip is a 10 minute drive but there is also a 'general store' 2 minutes walk below the house. Walking 15-20 minutes along the beach you'll find the ever popular 'White Elephant' cafe which serves up great fair for breakfasts and lunches (but there are a range of cafes and restaurants within a stones throw). We'll definitely be back!!!!

A lovely property with amazing views
We went down to see Margaret River but ended up spending more time in the house than outside. Everything about the property was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Better than it looks (that is saying something!)
Everything about this place is awesome. We had 3 couples stay 2 nights and were able to share brilliant meals and games in a place that, even with such a short stay, felt like home the second you walked in.
This coupled with the views made it just perfect.
To give you an idea, the only things I could suggest as an improvement would be a better wifi router or more central location for it as the range isnt great. And the driveway could use some lighting at night as it is a touch steep and has a slight curve to it (we just had someone guide us as we backed out)
Seeing as one of these is a free feature not many places offer (the wifi) I hope it can be seen just how great this place is.
In short, we are looking to turn this weekend into a tradition!

Outstanding Holiday Home
What an amazing experience, staying at this beautiful house overlooking primo surfing breaks in Margaret River. Hardest part of the break was leaving the property to visit the fruits Margaret River had to offer. This residence had everything you could possibly require, a very polished stay indeed.

Great Property Terrific Location
It's a WOW moment when you first arrive at the house, the views are breath taking. It is in a brilliant location and so well designed. Everything you need, and more, is provided. Very impressed.
Loved the facilities and extra little touches like board games, pantry amenities, bathroom amenties. Loved the big balcony and entertainment/BBQ area.
Easy 2 minute drive to beach or 10 minute walk. A few minutes drive to Margaret River.
However, it was little things that frustrated us. No hooks in the bathrooms so nowhere to hang stuff. The shower in the family bathroom didn't work properly. We should have called up about it but our bad we didn't.
No block out curtains/blinds, and at some windows no curtains at all, meant we all awoke really early. I guess that could have its pluses but not good for us or the baby. We ended up putting the cot in the walk in robe!
But all in all a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the house.

Beautiful property with breathtaking view
Roozen is a very special property and we loved our one week stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, we loved the polished concrete floors, the deck and the furnishings and artwork. 10 mins to Margaret River town, walk to the beach in 5 mins. Thoughtful touches such as ample coffee pods and welcome wine were much appreciated. We hope to stay again one day.

The perfect winter get away
We enjoyed a fantastic wet winter weekend at the Roozen Residence. If you have to be trapped in a luxury house full of food and wine with nothing more to do than relax, lie in a bath, listen to music and watch the weather roll in ... You cannot go past this house! Our toddler loved it - particularly standing on the sheltered deck while the rain poured down. We'll be back next winter!
