Minha estadia na Dear Faro -Guest House em Faro foi, sem dúvida, uma experiência inesquecível! Desde o momento da chegada até a despedida, fui envolvido por uma atmosfera acolhedora e repleta de charme. A casa é um tesouro escondido, cada canto exala história e cultura da cidade.
Os quartos são aconchegantes, com uma decoração requintada e uma vista deslumbrante Faro. As comodidades modernas aliadas ao toque tradicional português criaram um ambiente de conforto e luxo.
O atendimento foi excepcional, com uma equipa sempre disponível e atenta a cada detalhe. As sugestões de passeios locais e restaurantes foram acertadas e proporcionaram experiências autênticas e deliciosas da região do Algarve.
O pequeno-almoço servido foi um deleite, com produtos frescos e locais, que me permitiu saborear o melhor da gastronomia da região.
A localização é privilegiada, permitindo fácil acesso às maravilhas de Faro e à praia, sendo um refúgio perfeito para quem busca explorar ou simplesmente relaxar.
Recomendo vivamente esta Guest House para quem deseja uma experiência única e envolvente. Saio com memórias inestimáveis e já com saudades de voltar. Obrigado pela hospitalidade ímpar e até breve!

Ubicación muy tranquila en calle bastante céntrica pero alejada de ruidos y con estilo residencial. Casa muy bonita y muy cómoda. Con un diseño muy cuidado y muy limpio. Terrazas muy bonitas para descansar. Tiene una cocina bastante práctica con nevera donde puedes cocinar y comer.
Para el check in no nos llegó el código de entrada al e mail y tuvimos que llamar a las 23.30 de la noche para que nos le dieran, nos cogieron el teléfono rápido y atendieron. Íbamos por trabajo y no había ninguna mesa en la habitación, tuvimos que salir a la cocina que por suerte si había sitio. Hubiera sido bueno en alguna pared al menos una tabla alta o pequeña zona co-working.

Rewelacyjne miejsce, położone na uboczu w cichej okolicy, blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Super wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja, nowoczesny wystrój (korzystaliśmy z pokoju z łazienką) - wspólna kuchnia z lodówką i całym zapleczem kuchennym a także ogród do dyspozycji gości. Polecam!

Normally don’t leave a review but this place really deserves one! The staff were amazing , very helpful and kind and very quick to answer any questions or queries that we had through WhatsApp with a quick response time. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly , kept the guest house and our room exceptionally clean. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated throughout with beautiful rooftop and views of Faro. The costumer service was outstanding. Location was excellent with just a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants and bus station. Air conditioning in the room was great and very well appreciated in the hot weather. Very impressed by our stay in Dear Faro guesthouse.

Great Location a short walk from the centre, Comfortable firm beds, very clean, very quiet location, superb Airco (we could hardly hear the airco if you put it in night mode on silent, still it kept the room cool (or cold if you prefer) even though it was 35 degrees Celcius outside.
You can use a very complete shared kitchen (for about 7 rooms) with a fridge, a freezer, nespresso (bring your own capsules we only got 2 for a whole week) combi oven and a toaster.
Further shared facilities: a Rooftop Terace, garden with an outdoor shower. All brand new (2023) and never fully occupied
We had a room with a private bathroom. Great shower although it took some time for the water to get warm, don't worry we always had plenty. There are also rooms with a shared bathroom, it is probably the all you will hear during the night.
The only remark we had, is that there is very little storage space: only two nightstands and a railing with some cloth hangers

One of the best spots we've been at. Location in fantastic, in the heart of the historical part of the city, very close to the center but in a quiet street.
Check-in is amazing (no human touch is needed - all you need is the front door/room code). Very easy to contact by phone and people behind the voice are friendly and polite.
The space is amazing; very clean, comfortable and excellent decoration (simple and plain).
If we return to Faro we will stay there for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dear Faro Guesthouse, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the inviting atmosphere that permeated the entire property.
This guest house offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling street, while still being conveniently located near the bus and train station and 5-min away walking from downtown. We were greeted with genuine hospitality from Tatiana and the team. We also received a personalized touch with a lovely welcome letter!
Our room was spacious, comfortable, friendly, clean, and nicely designed. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the cozy seating area provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the moment. The communal areas are clean and inviting, specially their garden and the amazing rooftop.
In summary, our stay at the Dear Faro Guesthouse was an absolute delight and cannot wait to return to this hidden gem.
Would be great to have a bit bigger kitchen because I like cook with a large space.

Superb location, and extremely comfortable. It’s in the center of Faro and it’s been recently face lifted.

The hostel has a good location and friendly staff, good garden and ordered kitchen. It was also nice that was quiet at night.
There's no heating system at all and for these cold days is quite difficult to be there without it or sleep even with the provide blankets. Also the water didn't get warm in one of the two bathrooms.

With public transport very close by including the airport which is a 10 minute bus ride from the centre of faro
Train and bus station literally around the corner
The facilities at the back yard where very pleasant and the rooms where cleaned to a very good standard

Rooms are very small for 6 beds. Just 13 Square meters. In covid situations is very dangerous.

Loved this hostel. It is very secure located in a side street - maybe 5 mins walk from the old down and the harbor. Staff is super friendly and you can leave your luggage with them until it's time to check in. The reception is at another house thought- which is basically just across the street but important to know :)
I had a room for myself which was clean and all the public spaces were also cleaned daily. Loves this hostel and would stay here again
Just a tip - make the sign that tells people where the reception is bigger. I didn't see it at first. But overall that's just a personal opinion, nothing bad.
