Very polite people. I believe that it is more important than a 5-star hotel.

I cannot say anything negative, because they made me feel comfortable.

very badly manage and extremely noisy Busy saturday with family, kid running in the corridor family having argument at 11 PM in the corridor. Garage inside the hotel could ear the car coming in an out not enough staff for the breakfast had to get mine outside

The place was open when I arrived at midnight. There is an elevator.

The parking lot is inside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Compolo spoke very good English and helped us a lot.

The shower leaked leaving a puddle behind the toilet.

Do NOT stay here. There is absolutely no security. And our room got ROBBED - they took my macbook and my friend's tablet. And the security cameras only show one entrance - not the rooms. There was never anybody at the front desk and the rooms are open in the front to the main road and in the back to a parking garage - so anyone can just walk in. It is VERY noisy - I could hear everyone walking in the hallways because it has window. The first room they gave us had NO hot water, the shower sprayed all over the bathroom making it all wet and slippery, then the doornob broke off the bathroom! They kindly let us change room - but even that room was not great. The toilet paper roll hangar kept falling, and the cupboard under the sink had dead insects in it. But mostly - there is just no one to help, the breakfast was awful - eggs and stale bread with fresh juice and coffee/tea. There were young men always hanging around the entrance - making it super sketchy. I wish I paid $10 more and stayed in a better, more secure place.

Central. Clean. Safe parking, in my case a bike. Good breakfast.

Excellent location near the main square. Helpful and accommodating host.
