Just like its name, it is a comfortable and cozy place.Everything is perfect here for me. As warm as home.You can find almost everything for daily life.I had a great time here.And the Host is always friendly.

Very nice and pleasant apartment - Very well equipped - Very clean and very quiet Nice host who we didn't meet but with whom we exchanged a few nice and useful emails Good localisation : - close to a fresh product market :) - only 25 minutes away (on foot) from the Old downtown of Tallinn (it was much quicker by rental scooter) - only 10 minutes away (by foot) from a big supermarket which was open 24/7 - easy access to Lahemaa national park, but also only 5 minutes from the international airport

It didn't seem possible to park the car for free. Because we came from abroad, we had a difficult time at the very beginning to undersand where and how to park our car. We finally discovered that the easiest was to download the EUROPARK application on the cell-phone and to find the closest and cheapest park around. We finally used the EP20 parking which was only 3 euros a day.

I stayed here for three weeks while at a winter school at Tallinn university and so had plenty of time to test out the facilities - which were excellent. Firstly, this is a great location. It's three or four tram stops from the airport, a five minute walk from the bus station, a twenty minute walk to the old town (max. I was wading through snow and ice while I was there), and, if you're interested, less than 20 minutes from the university. It's far cheaper than getting somewhere in the old town or near the college and you get far better value for money. It's also on a main tram line into the centre (although I never bothered taking it and simply walked) The flat is a decent size and the bedroom divided off from the living/kitchen area with a wall, which makes it feel much more homely to be in. It's nicely furnished and well lit with lots of lamps as well as main lights. The kitchen's decent, with a hob, fridge and lots of crockery, pans etc. There's a washer dryer in the bathroom, and a very good walk in shower. There's also a big balcony which is handy for drying washing and would, I imagine, be nice to sit on if it wasn't minus 7 outside (which it was while I was there). Although the complex is on one of Tallinn's arterial roads, the flat itself is at the back of that complex and so overlooks a central courtyard and children's play area. I heard no traffic noise whatsoever while I was there. I've stayed in Tallinn a few times, generally on the outskirts of the old town, but the next time I go back I will definitely be staying here because you get so much more for your money. Highly recommended.

the host, Irina is vey nice and helpful, she replies almost instantly with anything one might need, she was helpful with providing information related to parking, the apartment is new, cosy and nice. There is a Rimi supermarket close by, if you need it.

There is nothing I didn't like, but it would be better to add a pin on google maps as well, because if you search for cozy app tallinn, it will bring you to a different adress and it is a bit far from the city center, but very close to bus station.

warm apartment with clean facilities. very comfortable and cozy! location is convenient to catch trams to the city centre and surrounding areas and we’ve had no problems with transport of any kind.

Good apartment for a short stay. Maybe not so comfortable for 4 persons but the stay was nice. Possibility to cook, cheap car parking just across the building (3 eur/24 h), easy walking to Old Tallinn. The information about everything you might need was sent a day before and was clearly! Thank you!

Wi-fi did not work despite following all the instructions we had.

Easy, and comfortable stay in Tallinn at a good location for a reasonable price.
