property was clean and functional. lots of parking Bathroom was nice walkable into the Hub in 5 mins

While the place was perfectly adequate it was let down by some of the details … kitchen was poorly equipped .. no wine glasses , no cloths to wipe services down etc Only 2 thin Pillows on the bed, bath towel while clean was warn out and had holes in it

Keyless entry was very handy got given the codes beforehand, was clean and everything was accessible, parking area was a bonus.

Boiler wasn’t working (had an error) so had no access to water for the stay.

Fairly spacious, good decor and excellent facilities. In a small, secure block in quiet area not far from central Milton Keynes and MK stadium

Some small niggles - only one thin pillow each, black mould in shower, shower head partially blocked, peeling paint in kitchen near kettle, bedroom window wouldn't open (handles broken?)

Fast wifi nice and warm, central heating, but kept the temperature really well too. Close enough to town for a nice walk.

few more cutlery and cooking utensils. - here for a while means not eating out every night. booked a month, so a weekly linen change - although is the washer dryer to do it yourself.

The property was big

Was only given 1 toilet roll to last 2 nights for 2 people… asked for extra and landlord responded that there was an extra one under the sink which was not there. Rang endless amount of times did not get response straight away, when he did respond I was told that whatever was there is complimentary and that if I run out then I have to purchase my own. In ad, clearly states toiletries included and toilet roll is necessity and 1 roll for 2 nights and 2 people is not enough. Boiler also broke (no hot water) 3 times whilst being there and clearly was faulty yet we were not given a change of apartment Electricity was turned off on the morning of leaving BEFORE check out time which is confusing as we have the right to use facilities till check out time @ 11am but it was off since 9am.

Little basket of drinks were available, so nice drink and an early night.

We thought the pillows on the bed were really soft and there was only one each. Could do with more pillows and pillow protectors! Scrub the tiles on bathroom floor with bleach. The grouting in shower was not shite.

The location and easy access to the apartment, The apartment is very clean and well laid out. The manager very helpful when I was struggling with the access key code.

There s nothing I could fault regarding the apartment but the other lodger should be aware that people are in the building, too much noise, and even smell a strong smell of cannabis very early in the morning on the corridor.

Location amazing just a few minutes walk to the centre. Comfortable and stylish, technology good..e.g Netflix. No issues with noise or other residents.

Strange smell to the property, seemed smoke like. Originally booked Milburn house but was advised to stay in Clyde house..very confusing. Slightly dirty..bathroom toilet stained brown 🤢 Marks on sofa, marks all up the walls, cobwebs, broken blind etc..needs a few touch ups.
