Ubicación, pero estaba a pie de la carretera nacional y se escuchaba todo el tráfico.
La chica de recepción abrió la puerta de la habitación, aún no me puedo creer que hiciera eso, para advertirnos que íbamos un poco tarde con el checkout, inconcebible totalmente que hiciera eso

The receptionist Aicha made me feel really welcome, as an hotel receptionist myself my hopes were high and she really gave me the treatment I was expecting and more. She gave me all the information I needed to know and even helped me with my bag to my room since there was no elevators. The room was very clean and had a nice clean smell and not what people here is writing in the reviews, I wish they would sell the air frescheners they used in the bathroom!! I was at first very skeptical to book my visit here but as an hotel receptionist I know everyone can get bad reviews that isn’t even true.m, people just love to complain on stuff that isn’t even true. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept like a baby, it’s vety common in spain and other countries to have hard beds but this one it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioner was also perfect. I really have nothing bad to say about this place and I’m glad I booked my stay here and did not listen to the reviews, next time I come to marbella I will defenetly stay here again!

La vez anterior me dieron un apartamento sin lavadora y muchas cosas ,sin utensilios de cocina etc pero al menos era cómodo ,esta vez no tengo nada bueno que decir ,,me dieron una habitación sin nada más.que una cama incómoda total que me produjo una contractura para después viajar que no veas lo mal que lo e pasado ,,todo destartalado y en mal estado ,en fin para no volver ,le dije a la chica si le la podía cambiar y me dijo que no, que había mucha demanda y estaba todo ocupado ,
Todo mal ,TV pendiendo de un hilo para caer al suelo y sin mando ,aire acondicionado que se pone a 20 ° y conforme le subes la temperatura 🌡️ más que se baja ,hasta llegar a 18° que tuve que pedir una manta por qué con una sola sabana que tenía la cama ya me contarás ,mampara de la ducha colgando ,tapa del w.c rota ,etc etc etc , todo se ve en las fotos en fin para lo que es Marbella esto no son condiciones ni es un alojamiento para un sitio como tal ,que desprestigio Dios ....

El piso de la habitación no estaba adecuadamente limpio, tenía una gotera en el techo del baño que daba en el vater y el frigo de la nevera estaba atestado de hielo.

They upgrade my room, it was very fast to get the key and the location was very good. I enjoyed a lot.

It was cheapest I could find for one night in Marbella. No hassle to check in nor check out, pretty easy.
Convenient location close to Alameda Square
The room was clean but bad shape. Door didn't close properly, the bathroom had some leak water in the floor. Decoration was none in that room. The noise from other people entering the hotel and the cars from the main avenue outside was too much. If you go for quiet and sleep, this is not a good place.

It was okay,they gave us room where they were renovating next to it with a lot of workers which is a bit unsafe and they shouldnt rent that room at the first place.
Overall okay if u just want to sleep somewhere its basic and clean thats all

Absolutely nothing. None of the double glazed windows closed properly; consequently the noise from the N340 outside was unbearable. We attempted to contact the property to change rooms, to no effect. we abandoned our stay and have requested a refund of at least part of our payment. once again, to no effect.

Very private, very clean no odors. I felt very comfortable sleeping in a bed that is not mine which is very difficult to achieve. Nice air conditioning the apartments even have a small stove and pan to cook. Very friendly staff didn’t see them much as nothing was missing even fresh towels were found on the bed upon arrival.
Nothing even had internet on the third floor (which is the last)

Close to the centre of Marbella.
The room was in poor condition. Cracks in the walls, flaking paint, etc.... the room had no window and felt claustrophobic. The bed was not that comfortable.

It is close to the bus station and the old city center. But the problem is that the windows overlook the road and it is very difficult to sleep - very noisy day and night. Also wi-fi does not reach the rooms that are located on the patio. Also, if your check-in is later than the working day of reception, you will have to send a photo of your document to WhatsApp and then you will be sent instructions on how to check in on your own. If you do not have the Internet - it is not known how to organize it. The ladies at the front desk are polite and friendly.

Location was on a main road close to the beach and local shops
The furniture was old torn fabric and dirty the floor which was tiled had dirt and stains all over it as if its never been mopped and cleaned. The mattress belongs to the bin. Nothing was clean or hygienic quite the opposite. We travelled with our vehicle and there was no free parking we had to pay 20euros per day to park the vehicle. Would completely avoid staying there again.

The receptionist was nice and helpful, facility is nice and clean remodeled to a high standard, Espresso coffee maker in the room, kitchen equipped to what I need mini fridge is good enough + close to everything's

the checking was supposed to be at 15:00… they hand us the keys at 15:20… because they were cleaning the room… we had to get in with the floor wet as we needed to get change to attend to a wedding. nothing like the pictures.. it didn’t has a wardrobe… we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and soap!! we paid for ‘studio deluxe’ but the value was like a cheap hostal

- Humid and hot room. In september, had to sleep with the A/C on due to the asphyxiating atmosphere generated in a small room with two people
- Window facing inner patio, with vis-à-vis with anyone from the hotel passing by
