2nd year here and it’s alway a great time, close to Okemo and great gorge, spacious kitchen, 2 fireplaces, new hot tub and game room. Perfect ski house.

Everything was great. The house is perfect for a big group and is well equipped We are already booked for next year.

We had the best time at this property. We never even left the house! So much room to all hang out together. We had a nice dinner in the brand new kitchen and all sat at the large dining room table together. Loved the basement and new hot tub! Everyone had an amazing time Thank you Amy!

We rented the house for Thanksgiving and everything was perfect. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, plenty of firewood, comfortable rooms, and great hangout spots for adults and kids.

This house was clean, SO FUN!!!, well located 10 minutes to Shaws and liquor store, 5 minutes to buttermilk falls, close to plenty of hikes. This house has a table to fit our party of 15, pool table, shuffle board, pool, and hot tub! Enough beds for everyone to be comfortable and plenty of kitchen supplies. Thanks so much for letting us use this wonderful house!

The owner was responsive and clear in her communication. Pool was great to have and the kids loved it!

This house was perfect for the three generations staying the week. The pool and the hot tub were a big hit. Amy provided everything we needed to know ahead of time and was quick to respond to the one question we had. Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT rental for our big family group of 18. Wonderful location near Plymouth State Park, hiking up Okemo on the Healdville trail, and dinner out at Off the Rails! Host was fantastic with communication and guidance.

This house was fantastic for our group of 13 adults and 2 small kids! So much to do and plenty of space to spread out. We can’t wait to come back! PS it was mentioned that there is no cell service however we had absolutely no issues using wifi calling! Worked like a charm.

We had a wonderful stay and the host was excellent. The house and all of its amenities made it the perfect spot for our family. And the proximity to Okemo made getting to the mountain easy. Highly recommend this property!

Our group loved the place once again!

Once a year we rent a place so that my wife and I can get together with our three adult daughters, spouses and grandchildren. The Gray summit home in mount holly was great. Plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep ( including children), and have fun. Basement area was a magnet for fun. Also, easy access to Okemo ski area which is just down the road .

The house was perfect for our family; big enough but still cozy around the fireplace. We left a day early though because the skiing was terrible.

Great house for a famoly

The vacation was smooth from check in to check out. The owner communicated everything that we needed to know to make our stay as seamless as possible. Only draw back is the cellphone service but we had Wi-Fi and a land line. Great Time!

Our large family of 19, ages 3-70, stayed all together for the first time to attend a memorial service in the area. We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of fun for all ages, the indoor shuffleboard was a big hit with many. We all wish we had more time to spend there. The hostess was great and was very informative on what to expect prior to our arrival. I have already recommended this property to a colleague who is an avid skier.

This is such a great house! We are a group of friends who go on vacation with our families every year. There are 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3mo - 8 yrs). The house is very big, 2 huge bedrooms upstairs with a ton of beds. The first floor is a very open space, great kitchen, huge dining table for group meals and a nice living room area. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st as well as an additional room with a bed if needed. The basement is a cool hang out spot with pool table, shuffle board and a bar. Another 2 rooms down there. So for our group each family got their own floor of bedrooms, plus a bathroom on each floor, which was very nice. The above ground pool in the back is great, and heated which was nice even in August. We didnt use the hot tub or the garage with a ping pong table, but again, nice features to have. The location of the house is perfect. Its off the beaten path, but easy enough to find. Close to downtown Ludlow, close to buttermilk falls and close to Plymouth state park. Nothing was more than a 15-20 minute drive. And as a side note, the homeowner Amy was lovely. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Would definitely recommend for any big group looking for a nice time in the Ludlow area.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property is in a nice area surrounded by fresh green air. The pool was fantastic, and it was cleaned the day we got there. The game room with shuffleboard was a huge hit with the family, as was the hot tub. It was a great base to visit a few small towns, great hiking trails and for just relaxing. There were a few hiccups, but they were attended to promptly. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented this house for a 40th birthday party with friends and it is the perfect set up to party with a lot of people. Lot's of space to hang out and spread out.

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

We had a very good weekend, But the air conditioning system was not to enjoy after all the activities of the day. We ran short of the supplies provided. There was a terrible smell near the jacuzzi.

Having the pub / game room right downstairs is great - kids slept while the parents played pool and shuffleboard or watched sports on the large TV. There is great golf and shopping nearby. The owner provided information ahead of our stay that made settling in seamless. She couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend this property. We’d love to stay again!

House was exactly as described, was plenty clean and well stocked. Was amazing for skiers and non skiers alike as the house had plenty to do between the fireplaces, hot tub, shuffleboards etc. One of our favorite parts was the custom extra long dining room table that accommodated all of us. Not a bad bedroom in the house. Would certainly recommend and hope to visit again! Thanks Amy!
