A very well appointed holiday house with a nice outdoor space and everything you need. No wifi, but not a big drawback. Close to the beach and bush. We loved it.

Only dampener was Melbourne weather, but can’t help that, lots to see around area, trip to Waratah hills winery was highlight

Property was lovely and had everything we needed. Proximity to beach was amazing, general store just down the for coffee and other essentials! Handy to Wilsons Prom and the surrounding area. Beris was an excellent host and very responsive to all of our queries. Highly recommended.

Great house, lots of charm. Walking distance to everything. A path off the back yard you can take through beautiful bush to the beach. All spaces in the house are neat, and a generous size, a lovely yard with trees and a great deck with BBQ. We loved it. And Beris is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thanks Beris, we'll be back!

Everything was just perfect and well-considered even equipped with sunscreen and torch...It was a great experience for our little holidays around the Proms. Will come back if visit again.

This house is gem, it's simple but is equipped for daily needs (has the crockery for cooking, board games to keep you entertained, a nice decking with a BBQ). Love the cleanliness of the house. It is near to amenities the beach so location is great. However if you are a digital person, please note there is no wifi and the 4G reception is really bad as well. So please be prepared to spend your stay doing without internet.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Property is a very short walk to the beach. Great for our stay with high chair and portacot provided for a little one.

A hidden gem on the quiet skirts of Wilsons Prom.

Our second stay at Ntaletiani, and it was great once again. The house is comfortable, and has what you need for a laid-back stay in Sandy Point.

The house has a lot of appeal. The living/kitchen area is a good size. Unfortunately the oven didn't work at all. The bedrooms are a good size although the double bed mattress is well past it's used by date! We moved to the single beds to achieve a night's sleep. Also the bedroom doorknobs falling off made entering the bedrooms tricky. The shower and bathroom excellent. The front yard is a great space and the outdoor decking terrific for a relax.

Very well located - felt private even though only 300 metres to supermarket, cafe and main beach. A relaxed beach house with everything you need - lots of crockery, board games, cook books, magazines. Only a two hot plate electric stove top - but plenty to do a simple pasta plus there is the BBQ. Small but very nice outside deck area. Retro decor part of the appeal. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Our family spent a few days at this cottage post-Covid lockdown. It was great to get out of Melbourne for a few days at beautiful, quiet and serene Sandy Point. The cottage is a short walk over sand dunes to the beach, and a short walk from the general store. It is fitted out with everything you need. Comfortable lounge area (1x 3 seater lounge and 2x single lounge chairs) and dining table with 6 chairs. Beds are comfy, kitchen and bathroom are spacious, clean and functional. There is a cosy, private seating area outside on the deck, with a very useful outside shower. Beris was very easy to communicate with. Will stay again. Thanks Beris!

We stayed at this property over a winter weekend and found it to be clean, well provisioned and cosy. It would be a great summer spot too with good proximity to the beach.

We had a lovely stay over the March long weekend. Sandy Point was everything we wanted, very quiet, relaxing and pretty - a perfect escape from Melbourne's chaos! We brought alot of our own things because of other comments from previous guests but the kitchen does have plenty of pots and pans. Things are a bit old but that is part of the charm. A perfect spot for a few days away, we will be back!

Property is very well located within Sandy Point. Very close to the beach and the shops. House has a great coastal vibe nestled within the tea trees. The house is extremely well maintained and very clean including the bathroom kitchen barbecue etc. we had a great time over the Easter break and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Quite peaceful holiday lodging with all the amanities. Well kept lawn and varieties of plants, shrubs and trees. Even spoted koalas and beautiful birds in the surrounding vicinity. A great holiday gateway.

This is a great beach house. It is so close to the beach and shop. Really good for families and the cot was perfect for us with an 18 month old. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was super clean which was really nice to walk into. Definitely recommend this place.

We visited Sandy Point in cold winter weather. It was a great holiday and we enjoyed it a lot. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, the general store and the playground. It is well equipped, also for families with toys, a cot and a highchair. There were two heaters and electrical blankets so it was not too cold. The bathroom and the toilet are very new and clean, the kitchen is good too, although there are only 2 hotplates on the stove and no dishwasher, but an oven and a microwave and loads of equipment even containers that are useful for daytrips. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We were even provided with linen and towels at no extra costs since we were overseas travelers. The only negative point I can raise is that the furniture and the dishes/pots/cutlery are very old-school and the bed is not very big. We had a great time though and were happy to have the house as a base to explore Wilsons Promontory, which is just an amazing place! Thank you Beris!

Fabulous stay ,clean and all what you need is there,lots of gadget in the Kitchen,a hot outdoor-shower (keeps the sand out the house :))and a big front yard to play and run around ,BBQ ...we had a great time and will be back

This is the second time we have stayed at Ntaletiani Beach House. It is so well located and has everything required for a comfortable stay. The House is always clean and tidy.

The beach house was well located adjacent to the beach and a short walk to the store. The house is recently renovated, with a modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry and was clean and fresh. The beds were also comfortable and the main bedroom had direct access to the bathroom, a nice feature not usually included in other holiday homes.

Well equipped, clean and tidy property in close proximity to the shops and beach.

Great stay in January, everything you needs is provided, old school games kept kids entertained.and nice decked area out the back. Would recommend for a smaller family ,nice and clean and will return, Thanks Beris
