Over all the only impressive element of this property is Fredie , the maintenance person. He is ready to lend you a hand for anything you need not matter the time, location is in need of many improvements ,cabinets falling apart in the house,closets are very old and need new AC in house. Kitchen is full of mosquitoes every morning and dogs out fit all night, terrible.

We can't say enough great things about our stay at this beautiful Ponce home. We felt welcomed and stress free with the assistance of Fredi and Allysen. It truly allowed us to relax and spend quality time enjoying the island and connecting with family. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we created so many wonderful memories. We hope to return again soon!

The setting was gorgeous...up high in the hills of Ponce! Nice breezes ,nice sunrises and sunsets. The house itself could use some updates and some TLC. Also we were a bit taken back by all the security measures. I went to bed earlier than the rest and got up first, only to find a locked gate at the end of the hall. Also the "directions " took you to the wrong house. We spoke to Allysen about that...very important because Freddie speaks NO English. We had a wonderful time and loved sitting on the terrace every morning and evening!!

Beautiful place on the outside. Dirty inside. No internet service for first two days. Owner wanted us to bring in the cable box to get it replaced. Then on 3rd day there in the morning there was no water. Three of us had to go to our appointments without taking showers. Owner did fix it right away though.

What you see in the pictures of the outdoor area of this house is beyond perfect. The house itself is anothe matter. The property is crumbling, smelly and over run with rodents and lizards. We found mouse droppings under our pillows. All the of the furniture was covered in lizzard poop. Anytime we went into the kitchen we had to fight an army of ants and had to wipe lizzard poop off the counter or the dish drainer. It was so bad we had to put food items in the microwave to protect them. There were many places in the outdoor area that was crumbling and falling apart. There were even sections of the yard that was roped off as unsafe. The property manager was a jewel. Even with a language barrier he was more than accommodating. When called he would show up in 10 minutes. It is a shame that a lovely property has been allowed to fall into disrepair.

We enjoyed this million dollar view of ponce PR .. we had a Father’s Day barbecue after the wedding that we went to and The relatives that did come were so impressed about this house… They were able to show us the view and the history that went along with it… Our whole family enjoyed it immensely and we will definitely be back… Freddy Is a wonderful man who came and got us at the airport at 1:30 in the morning and showed us how to get back to the place… AAnd Allison and let us come in early because our flight from JFK to ponce Gets in so early in the morning… The view ,the house , and the owner Allison Were are wonderful…It is definitely a Paradise and a hidden treasure… And the ultimate compliment is my husband said that he could live here

The service was great from the reservation through checkout The house and views beautiful If I would make a suggestion it would be to add ceiling fans Location is not as nice as it is located next to abandoned hotel with vagrants

I stayed at this house for 39 days while I was working in Puerto Rico. It is located on a hill overlooking Ponce and it has beautiful views of the oven, the city and the mountains. The home has an old world feel with plenty of stone work and it great landscaping around the home. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen is furnished for all of your cooking needs. I talked to the owner several times and and the grounds keeper is a great guy. When I go back to Puerto Rico I will definitely rent this place again.
