The view from the hotel is amazing, the road to get there is really intresting🤪, because the hotel is really high! The breakfast was nice, not only croissants

Cold room, no blankets inside the room

not clean. it is on the top of the hill. if you don’t have a car, impossible to reach. far from the last bus station. you have to climb the hill like for 20 mins with your luggages which is impossible. they don’t have shuttle service, rooms are very old. we normally booked 2 days but canceled the 2nd day. don’t suggest it.

The mattress where to hard and room was tight.

The area and surrounding were nice and beautiful. Better to have a car to move around easily. Staff are kind and helpful. There is also a restaurant on site but we did not have the time to try it, seems nice place to eat. I will come back again ✌️

It would be much better if inside the room there was some instruction and information, like wifi password, time of the breakfast, menu of the bar, menu of the restaurant, etc.

Everything was amazing! The lady who attended us in the breakfast room was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

Wonderful place and stay

The location is wonderful - all the way up the hill with a beautiful view. European windows were kept wide open - we enjoyed sleeping with fresh air under blankets. The restaurant at the local pizzeria La Capticciosa in Impruneta was very good and affordable. Under 10 miles and 25 min drive from Florence downtown parking near Duomo.

Good location - not so far from from Florence city center. Beautiful views. Good breakfast. A bit dated room but good sized and with acomfy beds including sofa- bed.

We had a little problem with the bathroom but we used it anyway with their stuff smart solution.

Location was great, room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The view and the atmosphere at night is very pleasant, totally worth it. Price was really good, too.
