I didn't stay. I was sent to the wrong address where the woman working said the hotel was not called Oyo anywhere. It apparently happens often...So I asked for money back. She said to call booking.

I called booking, they said to call Oyo. At this point, I don't know an Oyo exists so I drove to Florida. Spent my earned money on a hotel room I didn't get to enjoy and Oyo has not responded to emails. BBB will be contacted if I don't get my money. It was a unfortunate mistake .You can't take a customers money for that. It's just wrong

This is the cheapest motel in Manning, South Carolina, please level up to get better! We left a day earlier left money and all! When I asked for clean linen the owner said, I don’t give clean linen everyday🤬PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, I repeat, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

Where to start. I used Booking.com to get the cheaper rate which was still an overpay. I walked in the room to the stale smell of cigarettes and a warm room. Turn on the AC unit which blew cold air but never stayed on. It would turn off every 10 minutes and never reached the temperature I set. Most of the night it read 81 degrees. Floor was dirty, I pulled back the cover and the sheets were covered in what looked like dog hair. There were multiple stains on the sheets, one that looked like blood. The fabric on the chair was worn through exposing the cushion. The toilet paper was sitting on top of toilet paper the holder was missing the rod. There was a used wash cloth draped over the shower and used packets of shampoo left in the bathroom. By far the worst place I’ve ever walked into. But it was in a quiet area. I selected the hotel because it was “screened clean”. It was the opposite.

It was conveniently located right off the highway, handy for my travel. I stopped to sleep because I was too tired to make it all the way home, from Florida to North Carolina.

I booked on booking.com, but when I arrived the man at the desk was not able to find my reservation, so he said he was unable to give me the room. Then he asked that I cancel the reservation with booking.com in order to reserve with him. I told him there was a $30 cancellation fee, but he said he couldn’t do anything. After a few minutes he found the reservation but said there was no king bed room, which is what I reserved. Then he found one after a few minutes. When I finally got into the room, it was not clean and has an unpleasant smell. There were candy wrappers next to the bed, the mirror had spots all over it, the shower had old soap in it. It was nasty. Also, there was pornography on the tv (hustler channel), which I did not request, and I did not appreciate being hit with pornography against my wishes as I was scrolling channels. If my kids were with me I would have been very angry and actually would have taken more serious action. Very dissatisfied. I didn’t even sleep well bc the room was so unsatisfactory.

They stole money from me charging me twice for on night then got rude about it when i confronted them and the rooms are dirty

Room was not clean at all, sheets and billow were very dirty, no Microwave, towels was not clean, bathtub was dirty as well, and the most important thing was the noise sounds comes from the air condition.

There was a young girl working at front desk she was very professional and kind.

Holes in all the walls and roaches crawling down them. It was a nightstand coving up a big hole which I left there scared something could crawl out of it I pulled back my blanket and it was hair and dirt as if the bed sheets were never changed just bed was made up. The towels and wash cloths were brown and the microwave was outside(very dirty) very bad experience I will not return. I was lost why I was even asked for a $100 security deposit as if the room would come out to look any worse

The Wifi.

The first room we got didn't have a working shower. The second room they gave us had pubic hair on beds and bathroom and sink. The microwave plugin was broke. 2 plugin's in the room had no cover over them which is a hazard around kids. The tub had burnt spots. The cover had burnt spots. Had bed bugs. Floor was really dirty. White stains on the cover. the tv had a easy access porn channel that my kids found. The remote was broke to the tv. They gave us 1 towel for 4 of us to use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE, WORSE HOTEL I EVER BEEN TO.

The rooms were nice and modern.
