Bathroom was broken, no wifi in the room

It was a very pretty room and the staff was friendly

Sadly there were a dead fly and two living bugs in our room (the window was open when we arrived so im hoping thats why) and one side of the bed missed half its slatted frame. The sheets had some small stains (presumably lipstick).

Wonderful and so helpful people at the reception and the hotel personnel. Always smiling and willing to help :) the rooms are beautifully decorated. The only recommendation I would have for the room where I stayed would be to have a stand for the luggage similarly to other hotels. Maybe other rooms have it and for ours maybe there isn't a matching furniture like that - it's not important, though. The stay there was really great!

If I had to be picky, I'd only say that the power sockets were very few in my room and none near the bed. Maybe it's normal in such old buildings. But there was no problem with finding one in the room to charge my phone. Also, as an overall recommendation to the hotel management - it would be great if possible to recondition the beautiful wooden facade facing the park. It is really beautiful and as it looks now unfortunately it doesn't give much credit to the hotel from the outside - of course, the impression changes completely once you step in and the inside of the hotel and the rooms are just lovely. But it's a pity to see that beautiful wood affected by the weather and it can ruin the first impression...

The room we stayed in had no curtains so we were up at 5am due to the sun.

it was an acceptable deal speaking of the fact that it was booked on a friday for a friday, but i had bigger expectations if you look at the pictures they have posted.

the room was on the last floor and it looked weird and even more weird the bathroom was almost same size as the room, but smelly
