We have a lovely stay over the New Year period. This was our second visit to Sandra’s property and it was just as enjoyable as before.

This property is a little slice of heaven. You can tell Sandra has put her heart and soul into it, with the attention to detail - the artwork, the layout and do not get me started on the bathroom - absolutely gorgeous! The deck area was ample, well appointed and overlooked the beautiful bushland and backyard. I loved checking out all the plants and the serendipitous placement of pieces in the backyard was a delight. Morning or afternoon walks along the riverbank were a lovely surprise. Sandra herself was fabulous through all stages of our communication and interactions - incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent, just a very short 5 minute drive from the beach and amenities eg restaurants, shops etc. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're pondering whether you should stay - stop pondering and book it now!

A comfortable stay, nice and peaceful in a beautiful setting.

Extremely well designed studio apartment, with plenty of light, sense of spaciousness, views of greenery on all sides and a deck outside. It was quiet and relaxing, close to creek for a stroll, and a bit longer walk (along he creek) to Torquay beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Would love to stay again some time.

Had a nice relaxing get away

It was an escape with comfort and it felt at home. The owners artistic and interior design influence was outstanding, creating an energy of comfort, relaxation and escapism! thank you Sandra!

Property offered so much on booking platform, but upon check in we found the property to be unclean, dust in corners of room, spider webs around windows and in upper corners- complete with nasty looking spiders! Outside area was not clean and inviting to sit on furniture. Inside had a musty smell which was hard to get rid of. No TV inside either which we did not realise at time of booking. Host was friendly and helpful, just disappointing that we paid high price for two nights away midweek and the studio was not to similar standards expected for the rate paid.

We loved the accomodation and particularly, the chocolates on arrival. It was also a treat walking out the back gate to the creek to get to the beach. A beautiful and restorative weekend away!

Really nice relaxing place to stay at

A perfect spot for a short getaway for adults. Great walks nearby and waking to a wall of green outside was wonderfully calming.

Our stay with Sandra was exactly what we needed, a little escape from reality. It was beautifully clean and the check in process easy. Great location. Sandra was lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Although its very close quarters to the main house upstairs, you barely notice it - your outlook is to the garden, trees and creek river beyond, and there are seperate entrance ways so you really do feel like you have the place to yourselves. Not to mention proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and just overall beautiful surrounds! Some barking and scuffling around of the doggo upstairs, but really minor and to be expected considering the excitement of new guests on the first day :) Thanks for having us! We'll definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property. The setting is lovely and relaxing, with a beautiful outlook and feels very private. Right on the walking path into town and the beach, it was the perfect location for quietly unwinding.

We had a great pre-Christmas break. This property was excellent for us. Lovely and quiet, great bush and walking access. Close enough to the centre of town. Thank-you to Sandy. An excellent host.

Great place for a romantic getaway.
