From the minute we walked in, this felt like home away from home. Everything from the delicious treats awaiting us to the informative binder providing us with San Antonio tips allowed us to have a fantastic vacation. The backyard hot tub helped us enjoy our time when not exploring nearby sites. Record player was an especially fun blast-from-the-past. was This was our first Vrbo experience and Ashley made sure that nothing was missing: beautiful home, excellent location, and clear communication. Highly recommended.

The perfect place for a girls trip. Close to yummy food and a short walk to the Riverwalk. Loved the hot tub in the evenings to relax and catch up!

This property was worth every dollar. The location is perfect and the house is even better. The owner has literally thought of everything. The house comes with any all items you need while staying away from home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and just a few blocks from so much of what downtown San Antonio has to offer. It was the little details of this place that made this experience perfect. My family and I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. First class all around!

We had such a great time at this gem of a house! The owner is fantastic and has thought of everything. The vibe and decor really set the tone for an authentic San Antonio getaway. The location is prime and the pool was the cherry on top!

This is a great home, very clean and comfortable. We had a conference to attend and were able to walk everywhere without hassle. The local restaurants are great like Rosario's Mexican Cafe which is about 3 blocks away. Just overall a great spot.

We really enjoyed Casa de Fiesta while in San Antonio for our son's wedding. The house was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the location was perfect. It was very hot while we were there, so the pool was a god send!! Thanks Ashley and the pool guy!

This property was definitely one of the best I have stayed in using VRBO. Ashley was a delight to work with from the very beginning. The house was extremely clean, good beds, good sheets, pillows and towels. Decorated simply but nice and the attention to detail was unbelievable, she thinks of everything you would need to be more then comfortable. The pool was an extra treat, especially since it was near 100 degrees. Plenty of seating too! The location of the home is excellent too - walking distance to many attractions, good restaurants and bars. Nice quiet neighborhood, so be sure to respect her neighbors. She also provides a San Antonio guidebook which was very useful, even before we arrived in San Antonio - we had a good idea of what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this home! She deserves a 10 star in my opinion.

We loved staying at this Southtown location! It has all the amenities you could need and the back yard space is amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and it was so nice that there was coffee, creamer and other refreshments available on our arrival. It is walking distance to several great restaurants and the Alamo. We would definitely stay here again.

We were blown away with the quality of this home & stay! The location is perfect, the home is gorgeous & the owner literally thought of everything we could possibly need or want! Ashley has made hospitality an art form in her Casa de Fiesta!

Casa de Fiesta was amazing!!! The attention to detail was amazing and Ashley was so easy to with! The fireworks on NYE were fantastic and we were able to walk to all the festivities downtown!! If you’re looking for a fun and funky Southtown location in SA, this is the place!!

Super clean upon arrival, excellent communication with Ashley, the host. The location was walkable to a few restaurants, the river walk, and the convention center. Beautiful view of the Tower from the hot tub & got a picture-perfect memory of it when taking a morning dip during the sunrise! Basics provided for cooking meals at home. Backyard was perfect for entertaining! Would definitely stay here again if I need to travel to San Antonio in the future.

This property is centrally situated with all the essential attractions within a 10 minute drive. Local eats and watering holes can be found within a 10-15 minute walking distance. If staying in is what you prefer, the property offers plenty of options. The house is colorfully themed and decorated; appropriately stocked for every age group. Most importantly, it is CLEAN! We would love to come back and stay at the same place again!

Celebrated my 50th Birthday with some friends and loved being able to walk to everything from this location including the Riverwalk, shops and tons of restaurants. The owner stocked the house very well and thought of a lot of extra comforts to enhance our stay! Thanks!

This was a fabulous place to stay! Everything was very clean and accurate in the online description. The host goes out of her way to provide a comfortable, fun, inviting experience. She is prompt in responding to emails. The pool and hot tub in the back yard are great! I stayed with my family but want to come back for a future girls trip.

We loved all of the themed rooms! The attention to detail made a world of difference in our stay; from labeling every light switch to local beers and snacks from the area!

We had a ladies weekend here and the place was wonderful! The house, pool and grounds were immaculate. There was a lot of little touches, such as mosquito spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, hair dryers, flip flops, etc. that were a pleasant surprise and nice touch. None of us are coffee drinkers so we did not avail ourselves of all the different flavored creamers provided, but we did take advantage of all the ice cream/Popsicle that were stocked. Was so nice on those 96 degree days. The house is tastefully decorated and the pictures do not do it justice. A beautiful place. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Alamo, Riverwalk, Convention center. It is also very close to the freeway so easy access to Everything in San Antonio. We loved the place and are talking about coming back with our husbands, so we can enjoy the beautiful back yard more and have them grill for us. Highly Recommend.

This house is exactly as described. It is in a historic neighborhood and conveniently located to start/finish line and other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of the owner's recommended dining spots. It seems she thought of everything! I would recommend it to anybody staying in the area and hope to stay there again myself!

This property owner would have received a 10 out of 5 stars from me if it was possible for the communication and extra work she did on my behalf. So glad to have stayed there. So glad to have been able to use the hot tub after a few days at a trade show. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was unique and homey and the pool/hot tub area in the backyard was top notch.

Casa de Fiesta was a GREAT place to stay! All of the photos very accurately portray the cleanliness and comfort of the house; if anything was misleading it was only how very spacious the kitchen, dining and living rooms are - - they were bigger than we expected from the pictures. Plenty of room for six of us and we had a great time in San Antonio; visited Enchanted Rock, nearby Tower of the Americas, Six Flags amusement park, and of course the River Walk and the Alamo. In the back yard we used the charcoal grill, the gas grill, and the open fire chiminea. Ashley keeps a fine place and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visting San Antonio.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the house and its proximity to the sites in San Antonio. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Having a Keurig coffeemaker meant everyone could have a fresh cup of coffee whenever it was needed. The backyard was perfect for relaxing -- and the yard kitty was fun. My youngest grandson named him "Bob". We walked to the Alamo and Riverwalk (no more than a 10-15 minute walk) and walked home along the river. HEB was minutes away for groceries and good pizza. When we visit San Antonio again we hope this house is available. We would definitely stay again.

It was a stress free experience. Ashley answered all our questions and was extremely generous when we asked to extend our stay. I was worried at first about the dogs next door but we very rarely heard them while inside. I absolutely feel in love with the backyard area. That's where i spent most of my time. I like how everything was labeled. We felt completely at home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

This house was amazing! Beautifully restored, spacious, awesome back yard, excellent location! Everything inside appeared brand new. This was perfect for our family vacation! The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms large and uncluttered. There is a large closet supplied with items to care for small children. Back yard is large and very private with a beautiful view of the Tower of the Americas. Pool is small, but reaches depth of about 5 feet, just right for cooling down and relaxing. Pool cleaner came daily to be certain it was free of leaves. The hot tub was only feet away and is large enough for 5 adults to comfortably enjoy. I loved the location. Sitting outside at night under the lights in the backyard and watching the lights on the Tower dance around was so relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of other restored homes around. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk area. The whole area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at all hours. The owner was very responsive and shared the history of the property and quickly dealt with one small problem we encountered. Booking this property was an excellent decision for our family get away. Everything was perfect for family visiting, game playing, and relaxing. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This house and location were perfect for myself and 3 colleagues attending a conference at the San Antonio Convention Center. Very clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best place to stay if you want a relaxed home right in the middle of the action. Ashley is the perfect host, anticipating your every need. The house is very comfortable and fully equiped. The pool is great, even though it was too cold while we were there to really enjoy. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in downtown San Antonio.

Ashley prepared us and the home for a delightful long weekend with my family. The home was perfectly situated to walk to Riverwalk, Alamo, Tower of the Americas and the restaurants and parks of SouthTown. (Ashley gave great recommendations for those as well.) Brightly decorated and well equipped kitchen, good beds and wonderful pillows, not to mention the Texas treats and the hottub and pool out back. Would return in a heartbeat.
