The house was very nice, had a very well stocked kitchen, and was located in a beautiful place.

2nd time vacationing in Spanish wells. Howard’s Beach House was perfect. We were a family of 7. 2 adults and 5 teenagers. The 4 bedrooms offered plenty of sleeping room. And we loved the single floor layout. The house could not have been any closer to the water. Fully stocked kitchen with all sorts of little things that were useful for the stay. Seasonings, matches, etc. We made sure to leave it better stocked than we found it. We would gladly stay at Howard’s on a return visit to Spanish Wells.

Beautiful house and property! Had everything we needed and plenty of space for our whole family. Lots of games and toys for the kids, bikes were nice to have available. There is a sea wall behind the house so you have to walk to the actual flat beach area that is in the photos, which isn't far. Howard and Donna were very helpful and nice and we look forward to coming to stay again!

The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. It’s very thoughtfully stocked—no small detail has been overlooked. From kitchen things to kayaks and floaties coolers umbrellas snorkeling gear etc… the ceilings are high and every room is spacious and gorgeous. The views are breathtaking. You can watch to sunset and the sunrise from this spot. I absolutely loved the outside shower with its view of the sea grape trees and palms overhead! I had a couple of questions on arrival; Howard and Donna instantly responded to my messages. Both were super helpful and accommodating. This was one of the best home rental experiences ever! Thank you 🙏❤️

HBH has everything you’d want or need for a home away rental…inside and out! Completely updated inside with every kitchen gadget/appliance you’d want plus a well stocked pantry! Swimming pool out front is spectacular!! Vince and Donna were wonderful! Highly recommend!!

My family and I stayed at the Howard Beach House for the Christmas holiday this year. This was our first visit to Spanish Wells. To say we had a wonderful time would be a huge understatement. The property was amazing! The house is comfortable, clean and designed so thoughtfully. We made a lot of our meals at the house and had everything we needed. The access to the beach was great - we spent majority of our trip on the sandbar, in the water or walking along the beach. You do need to take a short ladder to get from the property to the actually beach, but my entire family, including my 75 year old grandmother, had no trouble at all. My dad spoke with Howard prior to our trip and he was so kind and helpful! During our stay, Donna greeted us at the dock and escorted us to the house, where she then showed us all around. Vince (property manager) was extremely friendly and helpful when we had a minor issue with water, but he came right away and was able to fix it quickly. He also checked on us a couple other times throughout the trip and stopped by at checkout to help us with our luggage. I could go on and on, but we truly felt at-home and had the most amazing experience! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Spanish Wells or surrounding areas! I hope to be back soon!

Perfect place for a girls getaway! The location was incredible and the water was PERFECT. We loved walking the sandbar and just relaxing in the POOL. :) We had a golf cart which was perfect to get around the island. We tried all the restaurants too! The house was clean, big and beautiful! We all had our own bedroom/ bathroom and slept great! Thanks again for a wonderful getaway!

Howard's Beach House is an amazing place to stay. Not only was the house immaculate, but the view is just breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed spending time in the water as well as on the back patio playing cards. So much fun family time as well as relaxation! We will definitely be back!
