Nice facility close to Metro station. Very nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. Anna was exceptionally helpful in assisting us with various needs.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but it is available all day free of charge in reception/dining room
Anna the receptionist was exceptional, friendly , knowledgeable and happy.
The shower was fine but could be improved

Great location - metro and shop 3 min walk, very kind and helpfull hotel staff 🤍, great breakfast, comfortable rooms.
Also it is 25 min walk/ 5 min ride with metro from tele2 arena. It's very great if you are going to an event here.

I recommend Maude’s highly. The staff are friendly and very helpful, particularly Anna! The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the station making it easy to get in and out of town. There is a great supermarket across the road that has everything you can imagine. It is relatively quiet suburb and only blocks away from some good restaurants-Italian and Thai. The hotel is cosy with a warm vibe. I loved that I could open the windows and breathe in the fresh air. We are Australian and we were made to feel at home. Thank you Maudes. 😃

Hotel was incredible, room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast - delicious!

While not in the centre it was next to the regular subway station providing easy access to the centre without paying the high centre prices. People were very helpful, breakfast was simple, Swedish style and good quality. Rooms were clean and whole hotel felt friendly and well looked after.

We liked everything! The hotel was nice, quite, 2 min from metro station and from big supermarket. The interior design was so nice , i liked the hall- where there was receprion and dining tables, also i liked that you can sip your coffe any time and do it outdoors. the breakfast itself was beyound our expectations. I def recommend this hotel!!!!
This notice for the guests with BACK PROBLEMS (and at the moment i had severe sciatica pain): in our room beds were quite old and very soft (like spring beds?), be aware of this. So we had to put our mattresses on the floor and slept this way. The mattresses were quite fat +-7cm and good quality for the back.

Good Swedish breakfast. Due to low occupancy rate at time of check-in, they are not wasteful of food. The receptionist asked how we like our breakfast eggs be cooked (half-boiled, well-done, scrambled etc), feel special :)

Great place to stay and convenient by tram for the centre of Town. Breakfast was very good. rooms very fine. A very nice, and good hotel and I would absolute recommend. It is not five star luxury but a good base (it does not advertise as luxury).
Hard to say. For the location and service and friendly staff I would find it hard to say could they improve because the hotel provides the standards it advertise.

The staff was terrific! Each helped us when we needed it. They were friendly and easy to approach. I could seek no improvements. They treated us with much care.
The only downside to report was that the Wi-Fi was down for the entirety of our six day stay. It proved to be an inconvenience as we traveled from the USA without an operative cell plan. We used the free service at the grocery store across the street from the hotel when sitting outside the store. It just did not make sense.

Very nice hotel, very friendly welcome, nice breakfast and always fresh coffee/tea/cookies/cake available for free during the whole day. Free parking and easy access to center of Stockholm using our own bikes.
The hotel is situated at a roundabout near a railway. Sitting outside on the porch was a bit noisy.

Free parking was really good. Also the location very close to metro was convenient. The room was quite quiet even though it was close to a trafficked road.
The bed was a bit too soft. The shower was not clean, unfortunately.

Hair on bathroom floor, dirty spots on bathroomfloor and light switches.
Strange to have reception in same room as breakfast :)

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a metro station and a shop. Staff is really helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.
