good location, easy to access, bus stop just next door, little supermarket as well
very old fashion, not renovated, basic bathroom. windows and shutters do not protect from street noise

nothing as I wasn’t able to get into the hotel!! i arrived at 12.30 expecting a night porter, ut there was no one. i called the hotel for 30 mins but no reply. This is disgraceful. all the hotels in Lyon were fully booked. I spent the night in the lobby of another hotel nearby. This is clearly the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. I am not the first customer to have had such a terrible experience.
there is no night porter to let you in at night. this is disgraceful for a 3-star hotel im the centre of Lyon.

big rooms. loads of space.really friendly staff . sadly they were fully booked on my 2nd night. great value for money

The front desk person was friendly, knew some English, and prepared everyone's beverages and baskets of bread /croissants by himself, sometimes having to take moments to help guests check out from their room. He did it all cheerfully and efficiently.
The wifi code was not in the room, but it was easy to get from the front desk upon request.
