The location was excellent in relation to the motorway. The garden was really lovely and calm and relaxing especially after a long drive. The menu for dinner was superb and breakfast was excellent too. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was large and spacious.

Missing coffee and tea making facility in the bedroom and aircon and lack for plugs for electronics.

Excellent reastaurant level! Excellent level of service! Tasty meal!

First class friendly service with excellent restaurant

Location was great, parking is great, breakfast was great and the room was clean and spacious. Also quite for the location which was also nice. Not busy which was also nice. Would recommend it, but for the price would expect all my negative comments to have been resolved.....it is a big place with a good name,so live up to those expectations.

Reception were a little frosty for my liking, eventually we got there and she realised standing in sports kit does not mean I am not to be treated as a guest. First impressions were not good on arrival. Breakfast staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Shower is really small for the size of the room, and only one glass in the room when it was clearly a double room and obviously for two people. We resolved this obviously but again first impressions mean alot. Breakfast layout could accommodate two people better, there were large tables for 5. Or 8 people when it would have been nice to sit on a table for two people. Of it was busy this would not have been nice, felt as though it was not best suited for a couple. They should change the seatng for the guest bookings. Really not ideal for such a lovely breakfast, also felt the space could be better used.
